Diese neue Luxus-Eigentumswohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick und eigenem Balkon ist ein perfekter Ort fĂŒr einen Strandurlaub. Sie werden gern viele SonnenaufgĂ€nge und die lokale Feuerwerk von Ihrem eigenen Balkon. Das Hotel liegt am ruhigen Ende der Promenade mit Restaurants und Unterhaltung in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Mit einem Spaziergang ĂŒber die Straße zum Strand, das ist im vierten Stock Einheit ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Queen-Size-Schaum-Schlafsofa. KĂŒche mit Granit, Edelstahl-GerĂ€te, Keurig Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, GeschirrspĂŒler und komplett mit Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen usw. ausgestattet Es gibt einen 55 "HD-TV im Wohnzimmer mit DVD-Player, Kabel und Wifi. Wonderful Beachfront Stay!My husband and I stayed at this condo from July 5–12 and had a fantastic experience. Located on the 4th floor and directly facing Hampton Beach, the condo was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We especially loved the private deck with its stunning ocean views—it was the perfect spot to relax, and we even had front-row seats to the Wednesday night fireworks!The air conditioning kept the space cool during the warmer days, and the kitchen was well-equipped for a week-long stay. We made coffee every morning and packed lunches for the beach with ease. Speaking of the beach, it was just a short walk across the street, making it incredibly convenient to spend our days by the ocean. (We only missed one day due to rain).We also enjoyed walking to a variety of nearby restaurants in the evenings. The location truly made everything feel easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone who loves the beach and wants a pleasant, comfortable place to stay. Many thanks to the Jeff and Jill for sharing their lovely home with us!

Great Experience!

We (a retired couple) had a wonderful mid-November through mid-December stay at this well kept and clean condo in Hampton Beach. Looking out at the full ocean view each morning was amazing ( the sun rises! ) and long walks on all the nearby beaches kept us fit which was much needed after all the fresh seafood we enjoyed at the nearby restaurants.The unit itself was perfect for us
 very comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed and then some. Hosts responded immediately when we had a question.We highly recommend it.

Great condo and excellent location, super hosts, everything quick and easy. Condo well stocked with everything you need with easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Quick drive into Seabrook or downtown Hampton. Would certainly plan for future stays.

This property was just right for my stay. It is well appointed and right on the beach. It was wonderful being able to sit and watch the ocean from the balcony or front room when the weather was cooler. The owners are delightful and easy to work with, and if I’m in the area again they’ll be my first call.

Slice of paradise.

We have enjoyed our summer vacation retreat here for a few years. It is relaxing and offers everything anyone can want. It is only a short drive up the coast and you are shopping at the Maine outlets. Kittery Trading post is a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. The sunrises are breathtaking, enjoyed with a hot coffee on the balcony in our pajamas. Wonderful way to reconnect with family. Looking forward to this slice of heaven for years to come.

Its in the perfect location. Every thing is right here. We show up, unpack the car and don't use it all week. Its great. There is entertainment every day and night during the summer and with the money that has been put into this beach, how could you go wrong.
