Welcome to our Home! At 1833, what a wonderful place to be! The barn in front of our pool (across the fence) will send horses for you to see. The "cacadoodldoo" of the roosters will wake you up refreshed. Both Universal and Disney World are 15-30 minutes away at the best! This vacation home of ours is nested in the quiet, no rear neighbors and on a cul-de-sac of a prestigious resort “ Windsor at Westside”. Our family has recently bought this beautiful Vacation Home filled with fresh air and sunlight , where we have spent a month decorating it ourselves to make it our own and into a home. The house is clean, comfortable, and waiting to welcome loving guests! A trip to the land of Disney World and Universal is a trip one saves for, works for, and plans for ! This is a trip where lifelong memories are made, special occasions are celebrated, and the happy screams of rides are registered in your ears forever. It is also a trip that tires you out every day, I call it the FUN TIRING .So, we have tried to make this home comfortable for you to get back from the parks and RELAX! The swimming pool and the lanai will RELAX you and so will the amenities provided in the house. The master bedroom on the ground level opens to a swimming pool, the master bedroom, and the room right across it has a breathtaking view of the pond. We have a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, filtered water from the fridge,waffle maker, blender,pots and pans, coffee and tea station, enough dishes to use with kids friendly plates. Total of 7 TVs in every room and a Game (PS4) console in the upstairs living area will keep you entertained. Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping,just 30 miles from Orlando international airport.Amenities such as a 10,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop and video arcade.Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

Lounging area with 65” TV and Game Console ( PS 4) and few board games to play.

Pool Heat available for $30 per night (including taxes)

GRILL : we don't have option to grill due to safety reason.

BABY GEAR (Optional Extras) :
We don't keep baby equipment in the home because of hygiene reasons, we want to make sure the baby gets to use a properly cleaned and safe gear. For your baby we can rent the following gear. Additional charges to rent are:
Highchair Rental = $50 per week
Full Size Crib Rental = $70 per week
Full Size Crib Rental with New Sheets Included = $80 per week (you get to keep the sheet)
Portable Crib Rental = $55 per week
