We are located in a prime area in West Bradenton with a short drive to restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island! You could also visit Cortez Beach or Coquina Beach. Tampa area is just 1 hour 20 minutes from the house which also has plenty of things to do like The Florida Aquarium, Tampa Riverwalk, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, ZooTampa at Lowry Park and Adventure Island Amusement park to name a few. The closest airports are: Sarasota Airport - just 31 minutes drive and St. Petersburg Airport - an hour 6 minutes drive.

The second bathroom has a bathtup and there is a half bath with a toilet behind the kitchen area. The property is well appointed and offers white Terrazzo floors throughout the property with lots of space for you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Living room has very comfortable recliner seats and a 55" flat screen smart TV with many options for you to seat and enjoy your favorite movies, shows or read a book. The kitchen is well equipped for you to prepare your favorite recipes with all-new stainless steel appliances. Dining room has seating space for 8 people. Off the back of the house, you have a screened in lanai with additional seating and a fire pit for you to enjoy good conversations or a morning coffee! At night, there are some lights around the lanai and landscape making it very romantic and cozy to enjoy a glass of wine with your loved ones! Washer and Dryer are located inside the garage.

Close to DeSoto National Memorial Park ( within 6 miles) with nature trails along the bay with beautiful sunsets and views of the famous Skyway Bridge. Robinson's Preserve is located less than 2 miles from the house. You can easily visit Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota & Palma Sola Causeway. Manatee Avenue is located a few blocks away. You will find plenty of shops and restaurants and the Fresh Market. We are located less than 2 miles away from Blake Medical Center and within 6 miles of IMG Academy, The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature and Bradenton Riverwalk. The Riverwalk is a 1.5 mile park with many features including an amphitheater, state park, beach volleyball and a fishing pier.
