In the commune of Langrune-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 60 m² house for rent, 200 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 30 m² private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Langrune-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
