This is a private beach cottage in a tropical paradise. This quaint cottage has been carefully maintained to preserve the original condition while adding modern-day technological amenities for the comfort and convenience of our guests.

Located in Treasure Island's Sunset Beach neighborhood. The area's natural beauty can be seen all around you. Walk to beachfront restaurants, bars, shops and of Course The BEACH ! Come and enjoy our little slice of beach paradise. Experience our award winning White sands and beachfront bars where bohemian attitudes prevail.

Sunset Beach, located on the southern tip of Treasure Island, is a beach lover's community straight out of a Buffett song. This neighborhood welcomes guests of all lifestyles with open arms .

Our cottages are at Sunset Beach where you will find uniquely decorated houses, tiki huts, white sands and beachfront bars where bohemian attitudes prevail.

Why You Should Go: For the sunsets of course, but also for the live and let live attitudes, which make this the ultimate place to discover your inner parrot-head, since it is rumored to be (yet another!) beach that inspired the hit song "Margaritaville."

The location was exactly as described within the listing. Everything was exceptionally clean, the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed in. The cottage was small, but the space was well updated and very usable. Internet was great. Two AC units worked perfectly. You couldn't hear any of the road noise from inside which was great. There are 2 other cottages on the property and all of the other guests were fantastic and friendly. We even had a fire with the others on multiple nights. It was a very close walk to the beach. Having Caddys close was great for a snack or drinks with an option to get umbrellas and loungers from them, but we did not need to do because our cottage included chairs, umbrella, a wagon and a cooler. Highly recommend this cottage and we hope to be back in the near future.
Living area of the cottage was very usable and the kitchen was perfect.
Treasure island beach by Caddys, 200 yards from the cottage. Easy walk and well worth it.

Check in was easy. We arrived an hour early and we were allowed to go ahead check in. Kitchen had the things we would normally use. We absolutely love staying at this location.

This is an amazing cottage, parking feet from the door, cottage is perfectly furnished and has everything you need, the cottage was spotless upon check in, beach access a very short walk which comes complete with a stunning sunset, plenty of outdoor furniture including a grill table and chairs with umbrella. Overall we couldn’t be happier with this property and will definitely be returning for another wonderful time. Thank You

Great location

Cute little cottage-style bnb in a great location. Short drive to John’s Pass, short drive to St. Pete’s, and an even shorter walk to a couple great local bars or Sunset beach! Definitely recommend :)

Great little spot

Great little spot that is within 2 minutes of the beach and multiple bars and restaurants. There is also a wagon with chairs, umbrella, and cooler for the beach. Highly recommend.

Perfect Get Away

We went for my daughter's 18th birthday and she wanted a little house on the beach and this was perfect for what she wanted! We were half a block away from a perfect little beach spot, the cottage was perfect size for just the 2 of us and had everything we needed for a fun long weekend at the beach.

Quick with days to the beach

Excellent property exactly as described. Easy access to the beach. Have to cross one road and walk about a 10th of a mile to the sand. I used the home to stage bike rides along the beach. The roads are very biker friendly. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

40th anniversary get a way

We had a nice stay. We really liked the little cottage but had a few suggestions. It would have been nice to have a couple more tea towels since we were washing dishes every meal, wished there were a couple more staples like cooking spray, spices, foil, plastic wrap and food storage containers. Also we only had 6 hangers for 2 people. We also had to buy new batteries for the TV to work. The broken umbrella was replaced the same day which was very nice. All in all we did enjoy our stay. Thanks so much.

Loved this cottage! It was about a 1/2 block from the beach which was convenient. We met the owner and appreciated how quick he responded to our needs ( the broken faucet in the bathroom in particular). The place was super clean and new looking, and outside there’s a nice little area to sit at table or on the porch. We were glad for the beach wagon, chairs, cooler, and umbrella, too. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Great little spot

We loved this little cottage...it was super clean, well equipped and the owners have thought of everything you might need for a beach holiday...beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler. Very efficient check in process and using a QR code to give all relevant info was appreciated. Full kitchen. Bed very comfortable. A two minute walk to the beach. Easy drive to St Petersburg which is a city we love...great dining, interesting museums. On weekends the road across from the cottage was a bit noisy, as Treasure Island is a popular location, but it wasn't a big issue for us.
