Dieses wunderschöne Strandhaus ist der Inbegriff eines Strandhauses in Florida! Entspannen Sie sich und spielen Sie an den weißen Sandstränden von Treasure Island im Landkreis Pinellas. Der familienfreundliche Sunshine Beach auf Treasure Island liegt südlich von Clearwater Beach, Redington und Madeira Beach und nördlich von St. Pete Beach / Pass-a-Grille. Genießen Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge am Golf von Mexiko, wundervolle Restaurants und unzählige Aktivitäten - viele sind zu Fuß oder mit der örtlichen Straßenbahn zu erreichen (Straßenbahnhaltestelle weniger als 100 Fuß entfernt). Ebenfalls erhältlich ist die „kostenlose Strandfahrt“, ein lokaler Service, der Fahrten mit Trinkgeldern anbietet. Restaurants reichen von Strand lässig bis Eleganz am Meer. Everything was perfect and the house had everything we needed. This even included beach towels and chairs! It was a very short walk from the house to the sand. The only negative that I can think of is the street noise in the main bedroom. However a white noise machine was provided which really helped. Overall, it was a great week in Treasure Island! It has always been our happy place.

This beach cottage was perfect for our family getaway (2 adults 1 toddler)! It was easy to get around the island and the walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes. Everything from the outdoor shower, beach chairs and toys, and amenities made it the perfect, no fuss stay for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the floor plan was plenty roomy for us. Communication with Staci was fast and helpful too. Highly recommend this place!!

Perfect place

This cottage was the perfect place for me and my BFF! By far one of the best places we’ve stayed in! Steps from the beach, clean, easy check in/check out, and literally had EVERYTHING we needed for our days at the beach! Stacie was a fabulous host and made everything so easy for us! The outdoor shower was the icing on the cake! 15/10 recommend this place!

What a perfect place to get away. We came over from central Florida. Everything is so close you can walk to the beach and all restaurants/shops at Johns Pass. Cottage has everything you need to have a week vacation. Highly recommend.

Cute place, a few negatives

Cute little cottage! Very convenient location. There are a few things that would have helped us make a more informed decision had we known in advance. It is located right in an area hit pretty rough with hurricane damage, and all of the public access walks were destroyed, which made beach access a little tricky. Also, we were really bothered by the traffic noise. We live in a quiet neighborhood, and we are not used to such constant noise till about 1am.The bedroom is close to the road. Even with the earplugs provided it was killing my zen. Finally, the bathtub would not hold water, which was a bummer because it was a comfy old school tub. It was a cute place overall .

Cool Temps, Warm Hearts

Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quaint cottage. Even with the cooler than normal temperatures during our stay, primarily due to the location, we were able to still enjoy beach walks in sweatshirts and pants and flip flops! The location is close to a vast number of restaurants, bars and places to shop. If you like live music with a cocktail or two, check out Bamboo Beach Bar at the north end of John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk, just a few minute’s walk from the cottage.Stacie was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We were even able to extend it two more nights in order to take advantage of two last sunny and warm days before we had to head back home to the Tundra of Minnesota. If our schedules and health allow, we will not hesitate to return to this cottage in the future. And God willing! Cheers!

Very nice cottage right on the beach

The cottage is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Chairs, parasols, coolers and everything you need on the beach are stored outside in a shed. The shower outside is also very nice, you don't bring sand in with you. Also outside, the washing machine and dryer are housed in another shed. There is a parking space available in front of the house where two cars can park. Stacy, the host, is very nice. She was always available and gave us good tips. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene intervened and we had to leave early. We will definitely come back when we travel to the USA again. Treasure Island is our favorite place and always beautiful.

Beautiful little beach property located practically on the beach. The house had everything one would need for the beach, including beach chairs, a Bluetooth speaker, umbrellas, and a wagon to transport it to the beach. We will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I absolutely Loved our stay. The house was Perfect. Just steps from the beach and a short drive to anything you could want. We loved Absolutely Everything about the cottage we stayed in as well as Treasure Island, FL. The whole experience was truly AMAZING. Beaches and boats are our life, and our kids are following suit. We appreciate and preserve the natural beauty with which we are blessed in our area - and we love a great meal and entertainment.

Location, location, location. Treasure Island is one of, if not the most, beautiful beach on the west coast of Florida. And if you are going to the beach, then stay by the beach! Make life easy! No busy roads to cross to get the the beach. Entertainment, restaurants, bars, surf shops, ice cream shops, and endless activities are all nearby. Very close to famous John's Pass. We have a stop for the local trolley that is only about 100 feet away!

Many lots on the beach side of Gulf Boulevard are quite small - some are only big enough to park a car, maybe two. Not an issue for this beach house. We have abundant paved parking on the back of the property. We also have an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after getting back from the beach. Well maintained with a beach cottage vibe.
