You'll reach the maximum level of coziness and relaxation in the living room, which has been furnished with nothing but comfort in mind. It's equipped with a comfortable sofa and armchair that are right in front of a wall-mounted smart TV with cable.

When it's time to cook, the well-equipped kitchen has your back! It boasts stainless steel appliances (including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, and microwave), a Keurig coffee maker, and a beautiful breakfast bar that seats three. The adjoining sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy your meals, thanks to the four-person dining table–this space also offers a cozy loveseat.

This coastal-themed cottage has two bedrooms (each one with a flatscreen TV) and a shared full bath with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, you and your loved ones will have access to the community's (unheated) outdoor pool, two gas grills in the central area near the pool, and a washer/dryer.

Things to Know
The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.
The speed limit is 5 MPH on the grounds.
There are children’s games, toys, books, and dinnerware available.
The pool is not heated; it is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.
High-speed internet is perfect for working from home and streaming.
The Community Laundry Room is shared and the machines are coin operated. Please bring quarters to operate the machines.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
