DISNEY Villa - Kid friendly, Movie Theatre, Private Pool & Hot Tub, Waterpark

Sleeping 16 this 8 bedroom villa includes 5 king sized beds, a queen, and 2 kids themed rooms with bunk beds (Marvel's Avengers, Frozen).

Spend sunny days in the back with a private pool and hot tub or take a 2 minute walk to the community's waterpark or sports courts.

Perhaps best of all, relax & spend a rainy day in the amazing in-home movie theatre.

The home is only about 10-15 minutes to the Disney parks, Disney Springs, and Universal Studios. Located just outside of Orlando in Kissimmee. Complementary shuttles are provided upon request.

First Floor:
The master suite has it's a king sized bed, it's own slider out to the back patio, a closet for her, a closet for him, flat screen TV and a master bathroom.

A second first floor bedroom also has a king bed, flat screen TV and is across the hall from a full bathroom.

The open concept floorplan has a connected full kitchen, dining space and living room with smart tv and a PS4.

Fully equipped with a granite island style breakfast bar with 4 chairs.
Refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, etc. Second fridge and freezer in the game room!

The game room currently features a ping pong and m table, pop-a-shot basketball, baggo (cornhole), foosball and a kids play structure.

Second Floor:
6 bedrooms all featuring a flat screen - 3 king beds, one queen, and two themed rooms with bunk beds. Sleep among galactic heroes in the Marvel Avengers themed room, or with Elsa, Anna and Olaf in the Disney's Frozen themed room.

Relax in one of the seven leather recliners in the closed in movie theatre features a large projector screen. Amazon fire stick available along with various dvds.

Outdoor:
Walk out to the back patio where a private hot tubs spills over into the pool. The outdoor space features new (not yet photographed) outdoor furniture with couches and a new propane fire table, lounge chairs, a dining table, and more. There is also a half bathroom right off the patio to use without getting the house wet. Pool basketball hoop provides fun for all. For safety, there is a removable fence that can be easily installed on the back patio to help keep little ones away from the pool.

Please note, with other management companies here, you may not know what house you get until you arrive. This is our house and THIS is the home you will be staying in!

Access to the waterpark and amenities is included with the price you pay here on vrbo. It is one of the closest homes to the entrance of the clubhouse and waterpark.

POOL & HOT TUB HEATING: In order to heat the pool and hot tub, you must order that service through management which I can facilitate. The cost is $40/night + tax.

OTHER: Renting additional items through third parties can be expensive. Rent a stroller (bassinet attachment available), extra pack n plays (mattress also available) and bed rails. Other add on rentals like a grill, private chef/bartender, grocery service are available through management. Message me for more details.
