The condo is located in Peachtree Towers, a well-insulated downtown high-rise known for its quiet interiors despite its central setting. Renovated in 2023, the layout is designed for both short stays and longer visits. Motion-activated entry lights greet you on arrival, and adjustable LED lighting throughout the condo lets you tailor the atmosphere whether you’re working, cooking, or winding down for the evening. The living area includes a TV with standard cable and reliable WiFi for streaming or staying connected.

The condo sleeps up to three guests and includes one bedroom, one bed, and one bathroom. The setup works well for solo travelers, couples, or small groups who value location, simplicity, and ease.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding Futon and standard couch.
