Not far from Gunstock so we’re able to get in a lot of slope time. Host was quick to respond you our questions. Place had all the basics provided and was perfect for the 4 of us.

Great location and unit!

The location was just what we needed for our family weekend getaway. The home was exactly as presented in the pictures. The location was clean, quiet and in a perfect location for all the summer attractions weirs beach had to offer. The host was quick to reply and very accommodating. Perfect spot for a weekend concert!

The Maple condo was clean and well accommodated. Quick walk to the Weir’s, quick ride to the NH Bank Pavilion and the Witch’s Brewery is on the edge of the property! Pool was nice and beds were very comfortable.

Perfect summer getaway

Perfect stay for our summer getaway. Close to the Boardwalk and beach. The condo itself was perfect. VERY clean, so well stocked, plenty of space for adults and teens. The owner was so responsive anytime I had a question ahead of our trip. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great Weirs Beach location

This was our second time staying at this property. It's clean and exactly as described. Short walk to Weirs Beach, Kellerhaus, and the boardwalk. Great for a family. Would recommend to anyone and will plan to return again.

Clean and comfortable place! Only issue was we had a laundry from a week of traveling and expected to be able to do it. The laundry option is a 9a-9p association-operated laundromat a couple of buildings over… that requires a card from a machine that isn’t working.

Excellent location and communication with the owner. Unfortunately, the second shower knob was broken, so we could only use one shower for 5 people. We chose this place because it had 2 full bathrooms (so we paid extra as compared to similar available properties). Otherwise it was a good stay.

Family Trip

My family enjoyed our stay in Laconia...the condo was clean and located close to Weirs Beach and all the fun and restaurants. With kids (9, 7, and 4) we didn't walk it but it was a short drive. My kids loved the arcades and live music at Off the Rails. The ability to do laundry was important to us. Host was very quick to communicate when we had questions.

Laconia Bike Week

We were there for bike week. Location was absolutely perfect, all the bikers that stayed there were very nice and respectful when coming in late.The only complaints I had was that the rooms did not provide face clothes, a few of the electrical sockets did not work in the bedroom, and the rugs should be pulled up and replaced with flooring (quite aged rugs). However, I would stay there again.

New Hampshire getaway

We had a wonderful 4 day getaway. The apartment was immaculate! Awesome set up with 1queen bed in one room & 3 twin beds in the other. Great location. Spent some time in Laconia & visited surrounding towns on the lake as well - they were beautiful! Lots to do. Also took a drive to North Conway and Mt Washington. Our host was excellent & quick to respond with any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nice simple place to stay

Stayed here for two nights Columbus day weekend. Location is good and close to Weirs, and a 10 minute drive to Laconia, Gilford and Meredith. Condo was clean and had eveything we needed. The kitchen had the basics. Could have used more towels for a family of 5 but we read a previous review and brought extras. The bathroom doesnt have a fan so it got pretty steamy with showers being taken back to back. All in all, we would stay again.

Great spot!

This was a great location to stay for going to a concert in Gilford. Suggestions I would make would be more towels in the bathroom for the master bedroom (only had 2 bath towels and one hand towel). Better communication for check-in/out from the owner/manager. Have a manual/booklet with local info and unit info on site in the unit for reference. Overall would definitely stay here again! Very comfortable condo, great location!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and we appreciated the basics (and games) were provided. The location was great! My only recommendation would be to leave more linens. We had only two bath towels to share in each bathroom with three people (for a 2 night stay). More hand towels and face cloths would have been appreciated. All in all it was a great time. Too bad the storm made us cut our weekend short, but will definitely return. Thank you!!

Great Weirs Beach location

Unit was clean and as described. We've rented other units in this complex but this one has some nicer updates. Great location right near the beach, perfect for families. We had a great time and happy that we were able to stay here. Would recommend this property to others.
