Walking distance to all Meredith attractions. 2 minute walk to Lake Winnipesaukee, Custom built with all the extras needed for an amazing stay. BBQ grill and outdoor patio with seating, well equipped kitchen, luxury towels and bath amenities. Simply beautiful and less than a 5 minute walk to Church Landing and all Mill Falls properties, Spa, movies, grocery, library, several bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Many town beaches are a close driving distance. Rent a boat for your length of stay or bring your boat along to play! Walking distance to EKAL Activity Center where you can rent canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. You can also take a chartered boat trip around Lake Winnipesaukee as well. Hiking trails for the family and your pup just steps from your door. We allow one well behaved pre-approved dog per stay with a $175 pet fee. Sometimes we do allow 2 dogs but must be pre-approved. Dogs can not be pre-approved on same day of arrival. Please make sure to provide information on your pup with your inquiry such as size, weight, breed and age. Very good

It was a great quiet place. The backyard is very excellent for my toddler. We made BBQ while playing music and nobody complained. We found almost everything we needed including baby high chair. I just wish the beds were a little bigger. The house is right in the town there are so many stores nearby. For instance, Hannaford is 3 minutes drive. The restaurant is just walkable with a nice view. The location of this house our expectations!

Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful with extreme attention to detail and comfort. The host was exceptional! She called me personally before my stay to talk about the house and area, providing great recommendations for activities and dining options. This is also included in the check in instructions but felt so much more personal to speak directly with her. We traveled to Meredith for a ski trip at Gunstock and this home is definitely a must for your next trip!

Weekend skiing getaway

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this adorable Meredith cottage. The property was meticulously clean and was exactly what we were anticipating based on the description and the pictures. We came up for a quick weekend Gunstock ski adventure and had a great time sitting in the cozy living area in front of the gas fireplace and loved the cottage’s central location. Sharon was wonderful. She was very fast to respond to any questions and gave us several great recommendations for places to eat. We recommend George’s diner for breakfast and we had a wonderful dinner at Lago!We look forward to making this a yearly trip!Katharin and Abby

Beautiful home!

We did a 2 night getaway with our 3 teenagers and had a wonderful time! Sharon stayed in touch throughout the process. When we arrived everything was spotless. There were so many welcoming touches, including treats for our dog, fresh floral arrangements and yummy brownies!A beautiful well appointed kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in. So many rentals have dull knives and worn out pans etc.The location was great for walking to shops and the lake, however if you’re looking for total quiet this isn’t your place. It’s on a busy road, although set back from the street and a large driveway for parking. The backyard has plenty of privacy although we didn’t use it since it was winter time.

Great Cottage in Meredith

We had a great stay at this adorable cottage in Meredith. Sharon called ahead to introduce herself, let me know they were ready for us, and to tell me when we would get all of the details we needed. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed! It was like a home and a hotel at the same time. We loved everything about the place and will definitely be returning!

The home was beautiful and impeccably clean. The location was perfect with great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. Absolutely beautiful cottage!

We loved our stay at Meredith Cottage this past weekend. Sharon is such an excellent host, she is friendly and super responsive in communicating and she goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. The cottage itself is gorgeous, everything is new and fresh, the layout is perfect. It is rare to find a short term rental that is so beautifully decorated and has so many personal touches. We loved discovering the treats for our dog, the treats for us, the drinks fridge, fresh flowers everywhere, the fall decor outside, all the little ways Sharon has thought to provide a lovely experience for her guests from baby to older adult! The backyard is nice to sit out and convenient for a dog or kids, and we walked to everything in Meredith, the lake is right across the street. We will be back!

Excellent rental by The Mills

The house is adorable, exceptionally clean, stocked with plenty of necessities, and also had a lot of supplies for families with young kids/babies. Our host was exceptionally responsive, reachable, and helpful (don’t sleep on the local attraction guide!). We were able to walk to/from a wedding at the nearby Mills property with no issues at all. The only minor drawback to the property is that it faces a busy road, but we kept the windows closed and that blocked the sound of motorists just fine.

Every detail was perfect

Our family enjoyed a weekend at the lake in this perfect cottage. We were pleased to see our every need was met upon our arrival, with brownies on the counter and treats waiting for our dogs. Everything in the cottage was well maintained and you can’t beat the location. Will absolutely stay here again for our next lake weekend!

A relaxing stay in Meredith

We have been to a lot of vrbos and this by far has been the best. This cottage is so comfortable and meticulous. There were fresh flowers in every room, homemade brownies in the kitchen, treats for the dog, so many little touches made it so welcoming. Not to mention, it was spotless! It was a quick walk to shops, the lake, and lots of restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

We have 2 adult married children, a dog and two mischievous cats! We are very experienced travelers and have traveled the world staying in VRBO/HOMEAWAY Properties. This is our third property we list with VRBO/HOMEAWAY

This property has been in our family for 40 years. We tore down the original cottage and built a brand new one keeping the original granite slabs the house was sitting upon and used them for landscaping. It’s a beautiful custom home with beautiful hand carved woodwork inside and out with an awesome porch. Swing to watch the day go by and a private backyard with seating and barbecue.
