The shops in the pedestrian streets are 10 minutes away, the Arago market 5 minutes away, open every day of the year, pharmacies, caterers, restaurants, night-time entertainment, Thalasso, 2 casinos, 1 cinema. Free parking nearby.
For your holidays, we've thought of everything that could make life easier for you: king-size bed that won't take up too much space during the day; kitchen equipped with dishwasher, extractor fan, induction cooker, fridge with freezer section, multifunction mini oven... Hoover, shopping basket, etc. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin on large worktop and washing machine.
We will provide you with the initial toiletries, toilet paper, etc., which you will renew according to the length of your stay.
After an aperitif on the balcony or in a local bar/restaurant, you'll fall asleep watching the sun dip into the sea and wake up to the beach.
LE RIVAGE is equipped with external roller shutters for ‘complete darkness’ if you wish, and blinds to filter the sun during the day.
You can watch your favourite film (free box) in bed, or read your favourite thriller without disturbing your partner, thanks to the reading lights (located on either side of the bed).

‘Les Sables d'Olonne’: a town on the beach, facing south, protected by the Sauveterre national forest, close to the salt marshes. A lively seaside resort all year round (top schools, fishing port, Port Olonna the starting point for the Vendée Globe (every 4 years); sporting and maritime events, shops....) 1 hour from Nantes, 1 hour from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Puy du Fou, 1 hour from the Poitevin marshes; Paris by TGV in 3? hours. A pretty town where life is good (many associations) where the sunshine of 2100 to 2300 hours brings great comfort. The town favours soft mobility - bicycles are available everywhere; in season, free shuttles take you from the car park to the town centre. It's a family resort, where young and old alike will find something to suit them.
