Beautiful Pelican Landing condo
Beautifully updated, Gulf-side 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom first floor unit (over parking) at Pelican Landing. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently upgraded. All new furnishings and fixtures throughout, including a large screen Smart TV. Expanded lanai area now part of the living space.
King bed in the master bedroom & 2 full-size beds in the guest room. Both bathrooms have a shower. Amenities include TVs for streaming, free Wi-Fi, and washer & dryer in the unit. It's just a few steps to the wide sandy beach, heated swimming pool and spa, tennis courts, and boat docks. Parking is in 'guest' spaces.
Take one of the courtesy shuttles to the local restaurants just down the road, where you'll also find a gift shop and convenience store. There are several grocery stores in town, about 5 miles from the condo, also, many other shops. There is a new water-park in North Port, just 20 minutes away. Sarasota is about a 30 minute drive; Tampa is about 90 minutes drive; Orlando about 3 hours.
