Please note:
Access is via a unique door directly from the ground-floor staircase of the building (see last photo).
During rainy weather, temporary unpleasant odors may occasionally come from the plumbing.

## Emplacement
Slightly to the south-east of the city centre, the 5th arrondissement is a neighbourhood with residential areas and hospitals attracting many students. The hospitals and research centres in this area make it famous. This university district is a quiet place, gathering nevertheless many hidden cafes and other places of expression. The 5th is a city in itself, allowing young active people to live peacefully since it offers many activities for the youngest. You will appreciate this family and urban area; offering a residential balance in comparison to the dynamism of the hyper-center Marseillais.
