Just a 10-minute drive from the beaches and coastal paths, you'll enjoy a privileged location from which to discover the Gulf of Morbihan, while benefiting from the peace and amenities of the town centre. This 95 m² house, with its enclosed exterior, is perfect for up to 8 travellers.

Designed for holidays with family or friends, it offers comfortable, functional accommodation on three levels:

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with lounge and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Upstairs you'll find :
- Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC

2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 3 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4 with 1 trundle bed that can form a double bed, we cannot make it 2 single beds
- Shower room and WC.

As always at Cocoonr, cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine with dryer, cot, griddle, fan, iron.

Outside:
You will enjoy a pleasant shaded wooden terrace, equipped with garden furniture for your outdoor meals. The fully enclosed outdoor area is ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. Laundry facilities are also available.
