Our home is a very short distance to Surfside Beach and conveniently located across the street from from the bike path for easy access to Town and the South Shore Beaches! 60 second walk to the Surfside Bus Stop that takes you to Surfside Beach or use our bikes for a 3 minute ride to Surfside beach! A new private pool, outdoor kitchen and fire pit were installed Spring 2024! Renovated new main Kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas oven will be completed over the winter 2026.

This beautiful property offers lots of great space for family and friends. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half baths and the apartment above the 2 car garage features one bedroom and one full bathroom. The apartment is perfect for guests and relatives.

The first floor of the main house features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen that opens to a dining room and living room with a large TV with access to the back deck, patio, grill and yard. The patio is complete with a table and chairs for an outdoor meal as well as couches for lounging and an outdoor shower. There is a first floor master suite with a king bed, a walk-in closet, a second closet and full bath with his and her sinks and a separate vanity. There is a half bath off the living room with a washer and dryer.

The second floor has two large airy bedrooms with king beds and tall cathedral ceilings with a shared bath with his and her sinks that includes a shower and bathtub perfect for bathing children.

Great wifi signal throughout the property with a TV in every bedroom (but not the apartment) as well as the living room and lower level lounge.

We provide 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels. There are 3 bikes. Pack and Play available for infants. 2 Full size Washers and Dryers.
