Schönes geräumiges Haus mit privatem Pool und Whirlpool, einfache Anreise vom Flughafen

Well, when the cops show up 3 times on one time, there is a hired private security guard escorting people into a party, and a DJ playing music in the backyard. 3 neighborhood complains from neighbors, I did "accuse" you of throwing a party. VRBO terminated the stay, and they were asked to leave. They did not, they didn't even leave before checkout. They didn't leave for 2 more hours AFTER checkout. So was I arrogant, and accusing and condescending at 2:00am dealing with this? Yup.

Ah, been waiting for this since you stayed and post staying trying tried to extort money to not leave a negative review. Let’s start with the fact that you didn’t even stay at the property and you booked it for somebody else, against a Vrbo rules. Next, let’s talk about how this is your first VRBO rental and didn’t know how to use the messaging system and took everything off platform to get what you needed that would’ve all been in the communications had to read them. The trash company only comes once a week, but at this guests request, I did send a handyman over and had all the trash haul away that same day. I never actually got to talk with the person that actually stayed here, only this gentleman who showed up for two hours before handing it over to somebody else.
