Want to visit Paris but need tranquility? The 12th arrondissement is made for you! The district comprises villages swallowed up by Paris during its expansion; the XIIth keeps this village atmosphere in the middle of the city; the proof is Bercy village is the perfect place to find this village perfume! But if that's not enough for you, go for the Bois de Vincennes, ideal for a walk or a sports session, and the Bassin de l'arsenal, a small marina in the heart of the capital. Many shops and cafés guarantee a dynamic atmosphere in this district, especially in the morning. Finally, let yourself be tempted by the planted promenade, which is 4.5 km long and starts at the Bastille and ends near the Bois de Vincennes. It's a unique experience; enjoying a bit of floral couture at such a height is excellent, especially with the kids.

Paris-Orly Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
