The house was beautifully clean and decorated. There were plenty of amenities like kitchenware, TP, paper towels. The view was stunning. The walk to the beach was less than 100 steps. The host was super responsive and helpful. The area is nice and quiet. The shuttle launch location was perfect! We had such a great time and can't wait to return!

Beautiful property! Just as advertised. Very clean, updated townhouse. All the essentials supplied so I didn't have to keep running to the store.Beach entrance private and literally steps away. We even made friends with a small sea turtle that kept eating by our back door! Overall great experience and would stay again! Thanks for everything!

Lovely place. I spent tons of time on the deck outside the master bedroom looking out over the ocean. The house was stocked with plenty of amenities- paper goods, laundry detergent, etc. great location.

We stopped for a quick 4 night weekend with 2 kids, 2 dogs and the need to relax. We got nearly exactly what we wanted. At no fault of the hosts, we didn't realize the dogs were not welcome on the beach. We snuck out early in the am, and in the evening with them, but we're a bit sad they couldn't hang with us on the beach. We still loved having them with us at the house though. You can't beat the access to the beach, and the view from the master bedroom.. will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the space coast, the KSC, and some great little restaurants.

Would Stay here again

The home has private access to the beach and a great view from the deck off the master bedroom. We were able to watch the Atlas Rocket launch from the deck. The condition was as advertised with apparent updates. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Amazing beach house getaway

This property had everything we needed and was exactly as expected! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Private access to the beach was extremely convenient. We were able to bring our doggies during our stay which made our getaway even better. We are already looking forward to our next stay! It was a perfect little girls getaway for me and my best friend of many many years. We just wanted to drink coffee in the morning and listen to the surf and we did exactly that. And maybe enjoyed bourbon in the evening also loving the view and sound of the ocean. We also got to see three launches which was a spectacular bonus. I loved that it was a little cottage among the big condos units felt like I was in a novel.

It was a very nice location with easy access to the beach. The view from upstairs was good but the living space was on the main floor. Construction improvements were just about complete except for the screens which are scheduled soon. Renters were easy to work with and very accommodating. My wife and I were very happy there. Our renter is currently updating another building on the property that is fabulas. Enjoy the private beach and especially the rocket launches up at the Cape from the beach. Also, we were about 4 blocks from the public pier that had great food and activity....

Erin was an amazing host. She is renovating the property compound and when it is done, it will be spectacular! The home is nicely outfitted with more updates coming. Erin asked us what could be improved (very minor things) and was receptive to ideas. It was so clean that my 26 year-old son noticed and remarked on it. I am from the area and have tried a few rentals and hotels close by. This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting family and we will return. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beachfront House

We really enjoyed our stay at the Flip Flop beach house! Everything was clean and appreciated how well stocked the whole house was; from the kitchen to plenty of towels and linens! The private beach access was so nice and convenient. We especially enjoyed the upper deck to watch the sunrise or settle in for the evening and just unwind. Thank you for allowing pets as our dog liked being outdoors with us and watching the birds fly over. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was comfy and had a great view of the sunrise and launches from the bedroom deck. The house was clean and easily accessed when we figured out which building it was. The house is stocked with towels, kitchen items and basic seasonings. Safe area with plenty of dining options within a short distance. Beach access right outside of the door and it wasn’t congested at all because the pier area is down the beach a little. We weren’t there during high summer time, but there were many vacationers. We were about an hour away from Celebration which was a great visit and Disney Springs. The Space Center is highly recommended for any science and history buffs!Thank you for the stay!

Great location with a very short walk to the beach. I contacted the host to adjust my travel dates and that went smoothly. After lengthy travel deals I arrived at nearly midnight. When I pulled up it was very difficult to tell which building I was supposed to enter. The only building I could see appeared to be undergoing

Relaxing

Chose this place for relaxing right near the beach and ocean views, it did not disappoint!! The house was clean and well stocked with items. You can hear the neighbors in the other half of the duplex if they're noisy, but it was not a big issue for me. Would definitely come back again!

Restful and relaxing

We definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The townhome was beachfront amongst many condo units, but it seems that we went at a good time because the beach was never crowded. The home was pretty well-stocked with disposable products like tp, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, and the like, as well as providing beach towels, bath towels and linens. The kitchen could use a few items like serving utensils and platters, and it seems that some of the silverware has run off, and maybe a big stock pot for shrimp boils and such, but basically everything else was there. The townhome is a duplex, so just beware that you can be heard through the walls. We were fortunate enough to have five days as the only occupants on the property! The description of the house stated that there were beach chairs, but I suspect that those got pretty beat up and were disposed of. So bring your own. Erin was a pleasure—I had the chance to briefly speak to her when she came by. She was making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. I suspect that she is a very busy lady because it took a while for her to respond to my emails, but nothing was urgent and our trip was a good one. Once word of advice— you need to be mindful of your personal belongings outside which you might leave unattended. Remember it is a duplex so there will be other people sharing the outside space, or there might be a cleaning crew there cleaning the unoccupied unit. One awesome thing about the townhome is that you will have a fantastic view of the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. We managed to see two of them in one day!
