The property was just as it was described and the pictures totally did it justice. The view was breathtaking. The safety factor of having an armband to be able to get to the elevators and use them made this all feel very safe.Any questions I had for the host were answered very quickly.Would definitely stay here again!

My sisters and I had an excellent stay at the penthouse. The views were absolutely stunning, and check-in was seamless from start to finish. We had a car during our visit, and the valet service was very convenient—our car was always ready promptly whenever we needed it. The place was very nice and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. The pool area was beautiful and was not over crowded. The host was also very responsive and communicative throughout our stay.

Amazing apartment with a stunning balcony and view… great to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. We weren’t in the penthouse, we were on the 17th floor but it was beautiful and bigger than the 2 bed/2bath penthouse we had booked giving us a 3bed/3bath. Honestly, communication beforehand that the suite we would be staying in had changed would have helped instead of us finding out walking into the apartment that it wasn’t the penthouse. Again, the space was amazing anyway. We did arrive on July 4th weekend so the building was full. The pool was absolutely packed with people and no chairs were available. Around midday, the wait tor elevators and even the valet were long. Overall, the balcony and the view made the trip.

The view and overall layout of the unit are great. The pictures include a far more colorful and comfortable furniture setup than what was actually there. No rug, cheaper seating outdoors and in the dining area. Limited dishes and items like paper towels/tp/soap were also a bit disappointing. Otherwise the resort pool, restaurant and beach are rather nice.

Hello Jason, Thank you for your feedback regarding the great views and layout of our penthouse. We are glad you enjoyed the resort's premium amenities, including the pool and beach. Regarding the furniture and decor, we strive to maintain a high standard; however, some items like rugs are occasionally removed to ensure the highest level of hygiene for our guests. While we provide a starter kit of essentials—such as paper towels and soaps—to get our guests settled, our policy for longer stays is that guests supplement these as needed, as we do not provide daily hotel-style replenishment. We appreciate your patience while we coordinated the maintenance for the bed and the mid-stay cleaning during your visit. We value your input as it helps us continue to improve our service.

The view from this unit is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the sunrises and also the city at night from the huge balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was easy to reach and made the check in and out process seamless. Our only issue was a lack of hot water our last 2 days due to a problem in the building. Will definitely stay again!

Check in was 4 pm but my family could not get into our room until after 5:30 because the room wasn't ready for us. We had dinner plans at 6 so my family was late and had to go without showering. We kindly asked for some compensation but didn't receive anything other than a message stating please give us a 5 Star review so we can give you one.

Hello Tim, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that the delay in your check-in interfered with your family’s dinner and your walking tour. We know how much those first moments of a vacation matter, and it genuinely hurts us to know your night didn't start the way it should have. As we shared at the time, we were faced with a very difficult and rare situation where the previous guests refused to leave the penthouse. This forced us to involve resort security just to gain access to the unit. While this was entirely out of our hands, our priority was to make sure that once you did enter, the unit was in the pristine, safe, and disinfected condition you deserved. We simply won't cut corners on cleanliness, even when under pressure. Regarding your request for compensation, we apologize if you felt our response was focused elsewhere. Our goal is always to provide a 5-star experience, and when a situation beyond our control prevents that, we take it very seriously. We have already tightened our protocols with building management to ensure that an occurrence like this remains a one-time event. We truly appreciate your patience and for choosing to stay with us despite the rocky start. We would love the chance to host you again and show you the seamless stay we are known for.

Breathtaking view and great area

Our weekend trip to this stay was as advertised. The view was amazing. And the Condo was as advertised. We had a small issue with checkin and cleaning service but it was resolved quickly. Great area, good beach access. Good pool for relaxation. Only recommendation I would have is some of the unit needs a little remodeling but it really is a great unit. I would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect Stay

My family of 3 just spent a long weekend at this fantastic property. The unit was very spacious, private, and clean. The wrap around balcony and views from every window were absolutely amazing! Definitely a wow factor when first walking in. Easy check in and access to the beach and resort amenities. Comfy beds and enough paper products and toiletries to last several days. Resort staff were friendly and helpful, and the valet parking was on point. Will 100% stay at this property again. Great value for the money! The elevator can get busy, but being on the 40th floor meant that we were always the first stop on the way down! Pictures were a very accurate representation of the unit.

Great Two-Day Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is very comfortable and the views are awesome. I emailed the manager just to let her know about a couple of small things and she responded very quickly. I'm not a big fan of valet parking but I must say the system they have here works very well. There is one elevator for this portion of the building so be prepared for a bit of a wait sometimes. Also, I learned the hard way that when you go out into the hallway where you have to drop the trash, the hallway door locks behind you. At that point there seems to be no way but all the way down and back up. This may not make sense until you see it but have a plan. :) All in all, great stay and we would stay here again.

Pictures Need Updating. Definitely NOT as modern as the pictures!! Place was Filthy!!

Well, when we went through the check-in Extra Resort Fee’s/Extra Parking Fee’s Slow and long elevator ride, I Noticed that you needed a door code that was never given. Immediately walking through the door we noticed where the lock was, was cracked pretty bad. As we walked through the place, noticed the scuffed up, and dirty walls/baseboards/floors. The furniture is Old and NOTHING like their pictures!! I pulled out the bedside drawer to put a couple of things away and noticed some gunk on the drawer(I did Not want to put anything in the drawer because of it!!). I text pictures and videos to the property manager. She said she’d get someone over in the morning to clean. I gave her a 6 HOUR window for them to come clean while we were on a Fishing excursion. Supposedly someone came by to clean during those 6 hours (Which the baseboards/walls/floor/drawer was in the same condition. NOTHING was cleaned) Finally, someone showed up, To “Triple Check” 2 hours AFTER they said someone would be by(after the 6hr window)… But by then we were tired and ready to take showers. Paying over $2,000 for 3 nights and you’re sleeping next to Dirty/Hairy/Filthy baseboards Wasn’t Right!! All Management would Do is pay the “Cleaning Fee” of $150!! They wouldn’t even take care of the Management Fee, Even though it’s Not Being Properly Managed!!! Sad, I spent more time taking pictures of ALL the scratched and dented furniture, Digged up walls, and Filthy baseboards/floors, ETC instead of the view!!
