The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 98 m² house in Courseulles-sur-Mer, around 700 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a 70 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 10 m² living room with sofa and TV
- Dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a pull-out bed (90×190) that can be used to join 2 single beds to make a double bed
- A shower room with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200), sofa, non-functional wood-burning stove, wardrobe, small desk, adjoining bedroom 3, access to toilet with WC and washbasin.
- Bedroom 3: a single bed (90×190) nested over a 2ᵉ single bed allowing them to be glued together and make a double bed.
- Bedroom 4: a king-size bed (180×200), non-functional wood-burning stove, wardrobe.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 70 m² enclosed shared garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Take advantage of the beach and sailing school for moments of relaxation and adventure by the sea.
- The municipal seawater swimming pool is open from late April to late September. There's also a bowling alley, cinema, miniature golf course, skatepark, tennis club and equestrian centre for a variety of leisure activities.
- Explore the art galleries and artists' studios to immerse yourself in the local culture.
- Be sure to visit the Juno Beach Centre, a Canadian museum of D-Day, for a captivating historical experience.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the church car park 150 m away.

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen, about 25 km away (32 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Deauville-Normandie, around 76 km away (1 hour by car)
- Bus routes: route 101 to Caen, route 121 to Bayeux
