The good . Location The pool was nice the appliances and beds were nice The bad place was dirty stains in the Carpet .Stains on All furniture, bar stools broken kitchen table top was messed up.no gas for grill when we arrived.the hot tub only a few jets worked.there was a terrible ant problem had to spray every day they were everywhere.

Hot tub lid was broken. Kureg still had a pod of used coffee in it. Love seat is still broken, reported the last time we stayed. Bar stool was broken. Got a glass off the shelf which was broken. Floor in kitchen the flooring is cracked and coming up causing shoes on at all times. Due to splinters coming from it. A little TLC and this place would be perfect!

There were a lot of damaged things at the home that needed repaired: hole in the fence, hot tub cover was broken with styrofoam hanging out, doorknob to the laundry area was hanging sideways. The grill was in poor condition. The refrigerator didn’t cool things well even after being there for 7 days. The neighbor’s dog even broke through the hole in the fence and ran into the backyard while we were grilling. We found way too many spiders, cockroaches, and ants inside the home. The home isn’t in the nicest area of PCB but it was easily accessible and close to the beach. It was great to have a pool on site, which was our favorite thing about the home. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils and pots/pans. I hope they can get things fixed for future guests.

Great stay

My group loved this house and location! We used the hot tub, pool, and fire pit. It was very close to the beach and we were able to walk there in just a couple minutes. We had a group of 15 and everyone got great, overall loved our stay!

Cute house at perfect location

It was the perfect spot for our family (extended) vacation. Very short walk to the beach and also had a pool that the littles absolutely loved. It’s out of the congested part of PCB but still close to everything you want. Definitely recommend.

Perfect low key location

Really enjoyed our 4th of July stay. The location is away from the busiest areas and still a short walk from the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. There was a plumbing issue the first night but we submitted it online and staff arrived to fix it first thing in the morning. We'd love to stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is so comfortable and it was very clean! Florida in August is hot(!) and we enjoyed many hours in the pool! Easy walk to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants! Our adult kids kept saying how perfect the house was for a family vacation- we will definitely visit again. The rental company was very easy to work with!

PCB Thunder Beach Bike Rally

House was very nice clean and accommodating. Very close to rally activities but in a quieter neighborhood. Only issue was we had no internet or TV all week.

Great time in PCB!

The house was pristine upon arrival and the setup was perfect for my group of 15. The patio/pool area is large and had great seating options. My group utilized the fire pit, pool and hot tub. The very short walk to the beach was super convenient. Every appliance in the house worked perfectly, and all the bedding was great. Overall, my group and I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Beware: this property is nothing like the pictures or description online. The listing gives the impression of a well-maintained, recently remodeled property, but that was not our experience at all. The property appears very run-down and poorly maintained. There were mice inside, the floors were cracked, the property was dirty, and several door handles were loose or falling off. The front door handle would not latch properly, which was a major concern. We contacted the property manager multiple times and were repeatedly told they were reaching out to maintenance, but no one ever came to address the issue.The property also does not have all of the amenities shown in the listing. For example, there were no hammocks despite them being pictured. Outside, there was trash throughout the property, rusted chairs, and concrete that was visibly molded and dirty. The pool itself was clean, but the hot tub cover was left on the ground and was badly torn. We requested a partial refund because the property was not as advertised and several of the listed amenities were missing. We were asked to suggest an amount, which we did, and were then told they were working on it. More than two weeks later, we still have not received a resolution or refund. We did enjoy our time in the area, but the property itself was absolutely not worth the price we paid. If you are considering staying here, I strongly recommend looking at recent reviews. The condition of the property was a major disappointment.

PCB 2024

The place was easy to find and in a great location. The pool was a plus for the grandkids because for 2 days they could not swim in the ocean. The house was big enough for my family of 14 and we will be looking at this home again for next year. Thanks for everything!

Amazing house and location

The overall experience was amazing, the house and backyard were as seen in the pictures and location was amazing. The only issues we faced was the backyard had a few hiccups but that was mainly caused by the hurricane earlier in the year. Other than that the house was amazing and I’d recommend everyone considering this house to rent it as soon as you can!
