The Atlantic Ocean is the first sight to greet you upon walking in. Paired with the outdoor scenery are bright colored walls, wicker accents, and tile flooring throughout. You'll immediately feel yourself going into vacation mode.

The foodies in your group will gravitate first to the kitchen. This space is composed of white appliances, white and teal cabinetry, and penny tile backsplash. Aside from its playful appeal, the kitchen is functional and fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, and more. Meals can either be served at the breakfast bar for two or the dining table for four.

In the interims you're not exploring the serene outdoors, you'll love kicking back in the living room. Two reclining armchairs and a pull-out sofa provide plenty of comfortable seating. Guests can either relax to the ocean view or their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable.

As happy hour approaches, take your cocktails and wine glasses to the condo's oceanfront balcony. The high-top table for two is the perfect spot to enjoy the second-floor view of the complex grounds, pool, and driving beach. In the morning, you can sip your coffee to the direct view of the ocean sunrise.

When you're ready for bed, slip away to the primary bedroom from its private balcony entrance. This room hosts a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and amazing oceanfront views. Guests are also provided ample dresser space and a small vanity. Adjoining is the primary bathroom which has a shower with a moveable showerhead and soft bath towels.

Similarly, the second bedroom sleeps two and has a flat-screen TV. This room accommodates guests with two XL twin beds. Nearby is a bathroom with a standard bathtub, moveable showerhead, and bath linens.

This condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. The on-site laundry room is located nearby. There is high-speed internet, cable TV, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs and toys, and the best views of NSB!

About Oceania Plaza

Oceania Plaza is an oceanfront complex that's walking distance from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue. This complex boasts of a sundeck and pool, which is heated during the winter months, located directly on the beautiful Central Atlantic coastline. With lounge chairs lining the pool deck, and permanent dining tables surrounded by a small green lawn facing the ocean, you can choose to bask in the warm Florida sun around the pool or take your meals picnic style as you watch the waves roll in.

Each unit at Oceania Plaza provides expansive beach and ocean views. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen. Coin operated laundry facilities are located within the complex. Located on the driving portion of the beach, the open beach provides plenty of room to enjoy long walks, shell hunting, sand castle building, and games of catch. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. You will also find a small arcade and a computer available for printing in the recreation room.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.
