Located right in the center of Sainte-Maxime, this air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and three small balconies.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator in the heart of Sainte-Maxime.

The first bedroom has a 160x200 double bed with closet, and the second a 90x190 single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, vanity unit with drawer and illuminated mirror.

A bright living/dining room with a large sofa for relaxing in front of the TV, and a dining area.

A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, nexpresso coffee machine).

A garage is available throughout your stay, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, suitable for a small vehicle.

HOUSEHOLD AND PRESSING CHARGES OF 140€ MANDATORY TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL TO GET THE ACCOMMODATION KEYS (these charges cover the housework done by a cleaning company as well as the household linen (cleaned by a dry cleaner) so that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place).

Linen provided for the duration of your stay (no change during your stay unless reserved in advance at extra cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 comforter cover per bed
- 3 pillowcases
- 1 bath sheet per person
- 1 bath mat
- 2 tea towels

DURING YOUR STAY :
--> To inform us in case of breakage or deterioration.
--> No overflow will be accepted. Please respect the neighbors and the noise level in the evenings and mornings.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you to :
--> Empty all garbage cans before your departure.

--> Gather all sheets and towels in one place (returning them in a normal state of use).

--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.

--> Clean and put away dishes and empty the dishwasher.

--> Clean appliances (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc.).

--> Keep washrooms clean.

--> Throw away or take away any unused food.

In the event of the accommodation being left dirty, we will charge the following fee: €140 on departure in addition to the compulsory cleaning fee on arrival.

In the event of loss of keys/beep data or breakage of a key or lock, the cost of changing the lock or duplicates will be charged to the tenant.

Parties and soirées are not permitted in the accommodation.
