Welcome to my apartment!

This lovely 98m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by lift.

The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a queen-size bed.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a double bed, and a single bed. While there is a separating door between the queen bed and the other two beds, it is not sturdy enough to provide a true division of the space. Therefore, the room cannot be split into two independent areas.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. There's currently a water leak affecting the neighbours, so please do not use the bathtub in the principal bathroom

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Dry laundry on the balcony or windows is forbidden.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pont de Neuilly, is just a 5-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is about a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
