Magnolia Sands is a beautiful vacation oasis on the coast of Waveland, Mississippi. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests total (4 adults max, 6 children max) (the bedrooms feature 2 queen sized beds and 2 bunk beds.), a spacious living room and kitchen, laundry room and a large front porch with a partial view of the gulf. It's coastal theme will set your mind adrift as you relax and enjoy your time in Waveland.

Magnolia Sands is located within walking distance to the beach, Garfield Ladner Pier (fishing), Biking/Walking track, Volleyball nets, and downtown Waveland.

We offer a list of local restaurants, grocery delivery services, activities and events, as well as an informational booklet upon arrival providing contact information, house rules, and more.

Our home will be stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, and some staples that you can't do without. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a coffee and tea bar, with a Keurig and a variety of supplies. Your wi-fi password will be posted for you inside our home as well as house rules and check-in/out information. You can contact us at anytime with questions or problems.
