This single‑family 3‑bedroom home offers a private pool with optional heating (restrictions apply) and a complimentary 4‑person *hot tub (used with caution), along with a wide range of amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home is located in a desirable, peaceful, and quaint community that is centrally positioned near many of Florida’s finest Gulf beaches, including Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Madeira Beach, Honeymoon Island, and St. Petersburg Beach.

Guests can enjoy sunsets, fishing, dolphin sightings, water sports, excursions, fine restaurants, sports bars, live entertainment, pickleball, golf at nearby sports complexes, museums, and much more—all within a reasonable driving distance. Grocery stores and major retail shops are just minutes away. This lovely home and its unique location provide a peaceful, relaxing, and fun environment.

Inside, the home is modernly furnished with a blend of coastal and entertainment‑focused décor. All bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses with protective coverings. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, condiments, a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-Cups, and a small air fryer. The living room includes a stylish setup with a 50" HD Smart TV and comfortable Natuzzi leather sofas.

The screened‑in pool area features a privacy fence, an outdoor dining table, and a well‑designed patio with seating for sunbathing and relaxation. Pool heating is available for $25 per night or free with a minimum 6‑night stay. For added convenience, we provide beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas at no cost, saving guests money on beach rentals. Plenty of beach and bath towels are available, along with a washer and dryer.

WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED IN THE POOL AREA, OR USING THE HOT TUB BY CHILDREN IS PROHIBITED. A SPLIT SECOND OF NOT WATCHING A CHILD IN THE HOME AND POOL AREA CAN CAUSE DROWNING.

For security and peace of mind, three exterior surveillance cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, and the outside fence door leading to the yard. There are no cameras or listening devices inside the home, pool area, or patio sitting area. The exterior of the home is also well‑lit.

Whether you prefer relaxing, reading, enjoying sunsets, beach hopping, exploring coastal waters, or simply staying in and enjoying the home—as many of our guests do—you’ll find everything you need for a memorable stay. Dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with an additional pet cleaning fee listed in the booking section. Don’t worry, we won’t take a big bite out of your wallet.

Early check‑in may be available depending on scheduling. Check‑out time is 11:00 AM with no exceptions. Guests who stay past check‑out will be charged $100 within the first hour past checkout and $50 for each additional 5 minutes within the following checkout hour(s) as a penalty to avoid inconveniencing incoming guests.

We strive to make every guest comfortable and happy, and in return, we ask that you take good care of our home. "You are vacationing in a residential area, so please be a good neighbor by keeping noise at a respectful level during both day and night. Excessive or unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property".

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Any overnight guest surpassing the 6 maximum without approval is prohibited, regardless of age, and the guest will be charged an additional $100.00 for each additional overnight guest in addition to the booking fee. Parking is allowed ONLY on the driveway, with a limit of two automobiles.

We do not welcome loud parties, disruptive behavior, or rudeness. This is a well‑kept home with an excellent reputation, and we intend to keep it that way.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the home and pool area. If you must smoke/vape, please do so in the unclosed patio area adjacent to the pool or outside the home. Absolutely no cigarette butts inside the home, which includes the home's garbage can. If the smell of smoke is detected inside the home by two witnesses (cleaning personnel), a $100.00 fee will be assessed on top of the existing cleaning fee. Please conduct yourselves responsibly when smoking/vaping.

Access code, Wi‑Fi information, and a welcome guide will be provided a few days before check‑in. The guide includes instructions for the air conditioner, hot tub, pool heater, pool light, and more. If you need anything, feel free to contact us—we respond promptly.

* Hot Tub is complimentary. Guests should consult with a health care professional before use. Extreme hot tub temperatures can burn, and long use can cause health issues. Chemicals used to maintain sanitary conditions in the Hot Tub and pool can also cause health issues. Please read the Hot Tub's maintenance instructions before use. CHILDREN OR MINORS UNDER 18 IN THE HOT TUB IS PROHIBITED.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and other beach items are complimentary. We kindly ask that you handle them with care, brush off sand after use, and clean out the coolers before returning them.

The home is equipped with pool safety alarms. The sliding glass patio doors and windows with access to the pool area all have noisy alarms when opened that can cause earaches. Do not deactivate the window alarms. When deactivating the glass door alarm, make sure it is activated when the pool is not in use or when no one is outside the pool area and yard.

The pool deck will get slippery when wet. Please use rubber slippers when entering the pool deck area. Shoes can dirty the deck, and bare feet can cause slips and falls when the deck is wet.

Please fill the pool with water from the hose on the deck when necessary. Caution: water in the hose can be extremely hot. Do not aim at anyone or yourself until you are sure it is cold.
