Pescad'home is a 42m2 fishermen's house ideally designed for 4 people. It is efficiently air-conditioned. The living room/kitchen opens onto a small patio. It includes 2 bright bedrooms of approximately 7m2, one is equipped with a 140 cm bed, the other with a 2x80 trundle bed (160), a bathroom wc and a laundry cupboard including a washing machine. Pescad'home has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay . The windows are tilt-and-turn and equipped with electric roller shutters. You also benefit from a 43' connected television with access to Netflix , Canal Série, Arte, etc. 4k decoder on fiber network (more than 200 TV channels). The television is adjustable and the sofa is removable thanks to its casters. Outside you can enjoy a 6m2 patio with tables, benches and chairs, this patio is extended by a terrace corridor with solar shower , washing lines and possibility of storing your bicycles. The house is comfortable and functional . Its assets are also the close proximity to the sea and its fine sand beach , shops, restaurants and the port. Park your car and enjoy this entire environment on foot .

Your hosts: Lovers of nature and travel, builders at heart, we have put all our energy into renovating our fishermen's house with passion: from the design of the plans and the execution of the work to its layout and decoration. We named it Pescad'home: PESCAD in connection with the story of the fisherman who built it in 1929, HOME for house , but also DÔME in reference to Puy de Dôme where we live, and especially OM for the symbol OM peace, quiet and unity that reminds people to slow down and breathe.
