Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in a nice location and had everything we needed. The outdoor furniture was tired and needed updating. Property mgmt company was professional and responsive.

Good - Great location, nice outdoor space/firepit/grill, kitchen well stocked, great amenities for traveling with dogs/baby, good communication from management team. Not so good - The furniture in the main living space is a bit worse for wear, the kitchen has a faint cigarette/smoke smell (which we messaged the management about) so we had to keep windows open most of the time we were there and buy room spray, and we only have 1 roll of paper towels provided for the full weekend (3 nights, 8 people) so we had to go out specifically to buy more. Overall the stay was good, the smell was just very unpleasant and for the price I would have hoped for the house to be in a bit better shape.

Overall, we’d give this home about a 7/10. We visit Suncadia often and stay in vacation rentals throughout the year, and for the price, we felt some details were lacking.We loved the location, hot tub, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, mother-in-law suite, and game room for the kids. However, the home definitely needs a deeper clean—there were cobwebs, dust, and areas that had clearly been overlooked. The living room sectional constantly separated when sitting on it, which was incredibly frustrating, and the fireplace in the master bedroom did not work.We also found the rental company’s agreement and process unusually cumbersome compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in. While there were things we really enjoyed, considering the price and overall experience, we would personally choose a different Suncadia property next time.

Very nice property on the golf course in beautiful Northwest resort.

My three sons and I traveled to Suncadia to kick the tires on the resort, short term rental market and play the two public courses. All aspects of our stay were superior including our short term rental and golf courses.

Family Trip

Great location on hole 12 with view of the green. Walking distance to park. House was clean and bedrooms were spacious. Enjoyed our stay.
