101 Shorewood has unprecedented views from almost every room. This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located in the popular South Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island.

The main living area features stone tile flooring and light blue walls with lots of beach and coastal décor. As you enter this villa there is a bathroom to your right that has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Down the hall are two of the three bedrooms all of which are carpeted. The first has a king bed and mounted 32” SMART TV. There is a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with navy and white striped bedspreads and a mounted 32” TV.

To the left of the entrance is the open floor plan kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully equipped kitchen has bar seating for two at the lush wraparound granite countertop, bead boarding and stainless steel appliances. There is also a stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer. The dining room has a glass-topped dark wooden table that seats eight. The comfortable living room has a beautiful cream leather sectional, chair with ottoman and a 46” SMART TV and DVD player. There are lots of windows providing an abundance of sun shine as well as views of the ocean, landscaped back yard and resort pool. There is access to the outside deck where there is two high top tables each with two chairs. This villa is very close to the beach path.

Behind the living room is the master bedroom which has beautiful ocean views, a king bed and 32” TV. The private master bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combo.

The Shorewood Complex is a short walk away from Coligny Plaza (60+ shops/restaurants and a grocery store). Be sure to visit the Lowcountry Celebration Park, which is just across the street. This new, 10-acre park features the Sandbox Children's Museum, and the Adventure Playground, complete with a pirate ship and a wading pool!

South Forest Beach is one of the best places to stay on Hilton Head Island. The beautifully landscaped complex at Shorewood has an oceanfront saltwater pool with bathrooms nearby. There is also a baby pool for young ones to play in. Guests will enjoy that Shorewood is located very close to some great shopping, dining and entertainment areas on Hilton Head Island.
