Check out Hillside Hideaway to add a 400 square foot lock-off with 2 queen beds, 3/4 bath with walk in shower, and full kitchenette to your stay! The whole property will comfortably support up to 14 people with no pull outs or air mattresses. Bring the whole family for an awesome mountain getaway!

Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain! Enjoy views of Dillon Reservoir and a quick drive to Frisco Bay Marina for some paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, or relaxing on the beach. Frisco Adventure Park is easily accessible with a bike park, skate park, and disc golf course in the summer, and one of the best tubing hills around in the winter!

Summit County Recreational Pathway is only a few hundred feet away for biking access throughout all of Summit County.

In the summer, sit out on the back deck or the front porch and enjoy a beautiful mountain sunset and the cool afternoon air. In the winter, enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing right around the neighborhood.

This studio apartment is attached to the main house with a separate entrance, but can be combined with the main house if desired. We do rent out the apartment and so there may be people there during your stay. There are no shared spaces and each has its own lock and separate entrance.

There are 3 parking spots available.

Please note, our well is dry so we truck in 1,000 gallons of water a week. Please conserve water as much as possible so we do not run out.

*Cleaning: if you plan to check out on Christmas day, Thanksgiving day, or Easter day, the cleaning fee will be 1.5x its typical amount. This will be charged after booking.
