- Bunk Bed Suite: twin-over-full bunk bed w/ twin trundle, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower. (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom: tub/shower.

Main Level:
- King Master Suite: king bed, private bathroom with large walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Parking: 2 garage spaces, 2 driveway spaces – 4 spaces total.
