The first floor’s open-concept living, dining, and kitchen creates a natural gathering space—perfect for shared meals, laughter, and late-night conversations after sun-soaked beach days. A first-floor primary suite adds convenience and privacy for guests who prefer easy access.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second living area with plush seating, ideal for movie nights or quiet relaxation, along with three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Step outside to the covered second-floor balcony, where a dreamy bed porch swing invites you to slow down, unwind, and soak in the coastal breeze.

Guests enjoy access to a private beach and are just two blocks from the iconic 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool, one of the largest and most family-friendly pools in all of Florida. Walk, bike, or hop on the beach tram—everything is effortlessly close.
AMENITY ACCESS
To enjoy Seacrest Beach amenities, guests must complete the Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration prior to arrival. A link will be provided after booking. Parking passes and wristbands can be picked up at the Guest Services Window near the lagoon pool.
Please note: A required HOA amenity fee of $3 per guest per day applies and will be collected prior to arrival.
BEACH ACCESS
Seacrest Beach offers a private beach on the south side of 30A, with convenient on-demand tram service throughout the community.
Chair rentals: Available on the east side via La Dolce Vita (exclusive provider)
Personal chairs: Permitted on the west side
Prohibited items: Wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies
