Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² house with unobstructed views of the sea and Cap d'Erquy, with jacuzzi and wifi (fibre optics) to rent in Erquy. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room (with fireplace), fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Parties are not permitted in the accommodation.

The accommodation is as follows:
- Bedroom 1: close to the laundry room, on the left as you enter, A master suite with 1 king-size bed (180x200), shower room with shower, dressing room.
- Bedroom 2: with access from outside, an independent suite with 1 double bed (140×200), toilet and shower room.
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190) and study area
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with WC
- Separate WC throughout the house

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- Jacuzzi available all year round (use limited to 23:00 to avoid noise pollution)
- A charcoal barbecue (charcoal provided on arrival)

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Breizhgo bus stop / Erquy line: "le chalet" stop less than a kilometre away
- Nearest train station: Lamballe 20km
- Nearest airport: Rennes 105km

- 5 min drive from Caroual beach and 15 min walk from the same beach
- Bed linen and towels included

- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided
- Pets are allowed free of charge in the accommodation
