La Grande Piscine by Pinarello Villa Services

This villa-apartment is located on the heights of La Trinité, 5 km from Porto-Vecchio. Tranquillity and absolute calm for this accommodation set back from the summer hustle and bustle, benefiting from a magnificent 180° panoramic view of the bay from Saint-Cyprien to the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio. Close to the beautiful beaches of Benedettu to Cala Rossa or Saint-Cyprien and 2 km from the nearest supermarket, this villa enjoys a very central location for numerous visits or excursions in the surrounding area.



The 140 m2 villa is located in the middle of a very large property and is adjacent to another similar apartment which is also available for rent. This means that access to the property, garden and swimming pool are shared with the occupants of the 2nd apartment.

The property is very large overall (4000 m2), the land is sloping and the swimming pool is located downstream.

The swimming pool was specifically designed for swimming enthusiasts with a swimming lane that allows a total swimming distance of 25 m. The pool itself is a rectangle of 10 m * 5 m and the swimming lane is 15 m * 2.5 m. Sunbeds and a summer kitchen with dining table, hob and microwave are very appreciated around the pool. A wet room with shower and WC are also available;



The interior spaces consist of a large living room with leather sofa and armchairs, the dining room with a table that can accommodate 8 guests is just next door. A small office completes this space. In the extension of this space is the fully equipped kitchen with some extras like a Nespresso tea machine, a refrigerated wine cellar and an XXL American fridge that even produces filtered sparkling water.

On the ground floor, there are 2 large bedrooms, each with a large dressing room. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a secure shower. A toilet is also located in this room.

Two other bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a wardrobe and direct access to the balcony to enjoy this extraordinary view. A bathroom with shower and toilet is provided for these 2 bedrooms.

The villa is fully air-conditioned.



From the living room, you can access a large terrace which has a very beautiful marble table for 10 people and a traditional barbecue. A large part of the terrace is in the shade thanks to an electric awning.



Parking is possible for 2 vehicles within the property.



Our vision of Ecotourism is also reflected in a desire not to constrain our holidaymakers to travel on weekends. You are therefore not required to book from Saturday to Saturday, nor for periods of 7 days.

Travelling during the week offers numerous advantages: there are fewer people on the roads and in public transport, the price of plane or ferry tickets is significantly cheaper and we are less under pressure to welcome you, taking the time to listen to you.



The owner has designated the local concierge company Pinarello Villa Services to manage and maintain his villa. Frédéric's team will welcome you upon arrival and will be your point of contact throughout your stay.
