There are two large bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a wardrobe offering practical storage space. The spacious living area includes a convertible sofa, perfect for easy extra sleeping.

Outside, you'll enjoy a fully fenced garden, offering security and privacy. The large, shaded south-facing terrace is perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with the family. On the north side, there's a smaller, pleasant area where you can enjoy the cooler weather, ideal for peaceful summer siestas.

For added convenience, the house has the option of parking two vehicles directly on the plot, a real asset when you're on the move.

## Neighborhood
Aufenthalt im Juli und August:
Buchungen sind nur von Sonntag bis Sonntag möglich.

Gäste müssen ihre eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen.
Wäschepakete sind auf Anfrage erhältlich (gegen Aufpreis).

Hausordnung:
Gruppen von Jugendlichen sind nicht gestattet.
