Unsere Destin Fl Häuser bestehen aus einem eleganten dritten Stock Einheit # 2301 (VRBO Eintrag # 850) und unserem beliebten Erdgeschoss # 2106, die beide im Golf Vorderhaus, # 2, dem Golf von Mexiko zugewandt. Maravilla ist ein 33-Morgen-Resort, mit dem größten, unverbauten Strand Miramar. MARAVILLA RESORT ist eine Wohnanlage mit zwei Pools, Whirlpool, Tennisplatz, Basketball, Shuffleboard, Fitnessraum, Clubhaus, Beach-Volleyball und ein 2. 5-Morgen-Strand. Maravilla 2106 ist nur nahe genug an den Golf Seite Pool für Sie zu genießen es in der Nähe und nicht der Lärm. Sie haben eine schöne Terrasse mit Bistrotisch und zwei bequeme Chaiselongue Stühle, können Sie sich entspannen hören Sie die Brandung, ein Buch zu lesen und beobachten die Kinder spielen. Doch, Sie sind Schritte zum Sand beah, der Pool, und Grills. This unit is wonderful! You walk out the sliding glass door to a view of the water. The gate to the beach is right across the street. Doesn’t get better than that.

This ground floor unit was great! A direct walk across the street and you are at the beach. Sometimes it can be tough to find a place that’s dog friendly that’s so close to the beach, but this was it! The complex itself was nice too, nice little neighborhood to walk around in behind you. The location was awesome too, quick walks to a coffee shop in both directions, Alvin’s island, pompano joes, Kenny d’s and so much more. It had nice seating on the patio. We will definitely be returning!

We love that MARAVILLA is a family oriented, pet friendly complex in Destin, with the largest and most beautiful private beach. The grounds is also home to a tennis court, basketball goal, and two swimming pools. Maravilla is a gated community with a security guard on site as well.

Unit 2106, being a ground floor unit , affords you the option of walking out your front door directly to the pool, grills and the beach, and also with a view of the Gulf. We have a patio furnished with bistro table, two chase lounges and ceiling fan for those warm July days. Sit back , read a book, sun bath and watch your children play on the front lawn or swim in the pool.

2106 is next to the portico, convenient for loading and unloading your luggage. There is also a bike rack in the portico. And you park right at your front door.

Maravilla 2106, ground floor, is located in the Gulfront Building #2, walk straight out the door onto the crosswalk to the gate for Maravilla.
