We are located in a very quiet, high-density neighborhood of South Mission Beach with many full time residents. There are strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

It is required for guests to sign a Sports Equipment Release of Liability Form that will be sent after booking if they choose to use the bicycles or weights.

Great Townhouse & Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for, one of our criteria is having a coffee shop within walking distance, and there is a great option less than 100' from the townhouse. The rental was really well equipped with everything you'll want/need for your stay. The rental was comfortable, the rooftop deck was great and the living area worked great for turning on a movie at night.The beach and Boardwalk are very close and there is a nice community feel.If you have a large SUV or Full Size truck you may not fit in garage, the alley is tight (ability to turn) and there is overhead garage storage that limits vehicle size. A mid-size SUV or smaller would likely have no issue. We were not able to use garage for parking and found parking on the main street during our stay.

Heavenly Stay

We had a fantastic stay. Equal walking distance to beach and harbor. The place has everything you need. We all love it! My 19 year old daughter declared it adorbs! Colleen was very receptive and kind. Beds comfortable. Having stayed other places on Mission Beach prior, we really appreciated how quiet this place was at night. Rent it!!

Family spring break

Clean, well-equipped, and walking distance to tons of amenities. Colleen was super responsive and helpful. Our only issue was a concern about fitting a Chevy suburban in the garage (two-car stacked)- Colleen provided several alternative options for overnight parking but we ended up being able to squeeze in (not for the faint of heart). Overall, it worked perfectly for our group (me, my wife, and three kids aged 4 and under); would definitely stay there again.

2nd visit to lovely home in Mission Beach

This is the 2nd time we have rented this lovely home. Colleen is the best host we have worked with and we love staying at her home. Communication was fast, check-in and check-out were easy. The home had everything we needed for our long stay. The beds are comfy. The location is great. We would love to rent this home again on our next visit to Mission Beach.

Fantastic location, property and an even better property owner!

Fantastic location in Mission Beach! You can walk to the beach, boardwalk, food, Belmont Park (if you're into a retro amusement park experience), and much more. Colleen was an excellent communicator and helped make the stay easy and comfortable. The unit is awesome. Clean, great appliances and amenities like a rooftop for hanging out, all the beach gear you need, including bikes, a jacuzzi hot tub and comfortable beds. I highly recommend staying!

Perfect Location

This location and condo was the perfect spot for a long weekend trip with the girls! The deck was amazing. Walking to restaurants was easy. Definitely heed the owners advice about the garage as it’s a tight squeeze for anything larger than a sedan! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great Place to Stay

This home is close to the beach and the bay. Everything you need to make it feel like home is available. Things are well labeled making it easy to find. Kitchen well stocked with cook/bake ware, dishes, spices and storage containers. Chairs, umbrellas, toys, a wagon make time at the beach easy and fun. Colleen is a great host - always responding in a timely manner. We would stay here again.

Great beach house

We stayed at Colleen’s beach house with our family and my sister-in-law’s family (4 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 elementary school aged kid). The size and layout of the property was perfect for us. It was very clean, and extremely well-stocked with all the beach gear we needed. Super short walk to the beach and good restaurants/bars. The roof deck was awesome for meals and drinks. Colleen was super easy to work with and made sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend!

Family Beach Trip

House was exactly as the listing. Location was perfect just steps from the sand. All amenities were in the house from beach towels to pots and pans. Definitely would be returning in the future!

It doesn’t get better than this!

Turn key, excellent location with ALL the amenities. Colleen has thought of everything and then some. Everything about this property far exceeded our expectations! We have a special needs, neurodiverse teen and we could not have found a better place to stay for our family. Our visit was truly wonderful. What a treasure to have such a great place to share in Mission Beach!

Parking

The place was awesome, as expected. What I was concerned with was the parking, since I knew that my crew cab pickup wouldn't fit in the garage (tried anyway, but no chance). We were there in March during the week and didn't have any problems finding on street parking. Also, there is a lot of parking a few blocks north, but I know that fills up on the weekend.

Can I give it 10 stars?

We stayed in this home after my daughter was released after surgery. This home and it’s amenities made it so easy to care for her. We were able to easily get a great bite to eat, go for a walk on the beach, rest in a comfy bed and be brought back to life by an amazing shower. Highly recommend the home and its attentive owners. Wonderful and beautiful

We rented for the weekend and our two daughters and their young families visited on different nights. Colleen is a fabulous communicator and has equipped this property with everything you would need or want. It felt like home.we enjoyed being steps from the beach and the sand/ocean being very young child friendly (children under 5) yummy coffee shop steps away as is the bay. We will definitely want to visit again.

Wonderful property

Great location, only steps to the beach. A very nice spacious house, meticulously clean. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. We were easily able to have our Thanksgiving here. Colleen was very responsive and the check-in/check-out was extremely easy. There was a bottle of wine and a little panettone waiting for us upon our arrival. What a welcoming gesture! San Diego Gem

Such a convenient location. It was also wonderful to have a host who thought of the small things. Being able to have a cup of tea upon arrival and a cup of coffee in the morning while getting ready was a dream. Colleen, the owner, was responsive and patiently answered my questions even though I probably should have been able to figure it out the answer myself. Would definitely recommend and I would love to have the opportunity to stay there again.

This hood is perfectly situated just steps from the beach and close to so many restaurants, shops and even the airport! Colleen was so helpful and the check-in/check-out process was super easy! Everything was well labeled and the views from the deck were amazing!!

I am a retired Marine Corp spouse. After living around the world we settled in San Diego and am so excited to finally have a beach house to share with others. My husband and I enjoy both the ocean and the bay and hope you find it as fun and relaxing as we do.

We take great pride in our home and have taken many steps to make your vacation a memorable one. There is a 2 car tandem garage, which is a bonus in Mission Beach. We have provided many amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, Keurig Coffee maker with the pods, spices, paper towels, cleaning supplies, beach toys, boogie boards and more! Perfect location in a quieter area of South Mission Beach but still close enough to walk to everything.
