Leave the world of the living behind and cross over to this ghoulishly delightful HM inspired and frightfully immersive retreat. You and your...loved ones, will encounter a plethora of HM replicas, ghostly illusions, and sights and sounds that will make you feel that you are truly spending the night in Disney's Haunted Mansion.
Make final arrangements now!

This interactive haunted dwelling does contain light hearted elements of illusion, sights, and sounds that occur throughout your entire stay. These elements yet fun and part of the experience are able to be turned off remotely at any time upon request by the homeowner.

This Ghostly Retreat features 4 bedrooms.
Master Gracey Room- 1 Cal King Bed
Madame Leota Room - 1 Queen Bed
Hatbox Ghost Room - 1 Queen Bed
The Raven Room - 2 twin beds

You will have access to the entire house as well as the backyard that features artificial turf, Corn hole, a putting green, BBQ and a 6 person Jacuzzi.

A production team member will be on call 24/7 if you have any questions or concerns regarding the property, issues with the special FX, and more.

All FX turn on at 7:30am and turn off at 12:30am.

At any time, all FX on the property can be enabled or disabled. Feel free to let us know. Show elements and gags operate on show controllers and timers and can be turned off remotely by us ONLY.

The neighborhood is quiet, and just creepy enough to house our 999 Happy Haunts!
Located just 5 blocks from Downtown Fullerton which offers dozens of amazing restaurants, bars and night life, as well as walking distance from the beloved In & Out Restaurant. Grocery shopping and Starbucks are located 1 block away. And Let's not forget that we are located less than 7 miles from Disneyland's theme parks.

Guests will have their own dedicated 3 car driveway.

There is a $5000 fine if this rule is violated.

Please be sure to set the exact amount of guests that will be on the premises. The property accommodates 6 guests comfortably but will host up to 8 guests only.

There is a $40 additional fee for each of the 7th and 8th guest per night.

The house is as advertised by the pictures and the aura/theme was an awesome experience. The hosts were accommodating to needs and easy to communicate with as needed. My group had a good experience with the living conditions and the location makes it easy to get around town as well.

Walking into the house is a real treat especially for Disney fans like my family. We traveled from Pennsylvania to meet my son who is a US Marine who drove up from San Diego and met us there. The owner gave us a military discount for my son's service. Communication was good with the management team, beds were comfortable, kitchen was supplied well, and everything clean. The ride to the Disney Parks was within 15 to 20 minutes so great location too.

Oh My Jingles!!!!! Spooky in the Best Possible Me!

I cannot say enough about how much of an experience this was! I’m a theatre director and set designer, so it takes a lot of impress me as much as this property impressed me! We loved it. Treasures found everywhere throughout our whole time there! Our favorite VRBO thus far! We will stay again for sure!!!

From the moment you step through the front door, you're no longer in the real world—you’re officially among the 999 happy haunts (and trust me, they’re very welcoming). The attention to detail is so spot-on, it feels like the Imagineers themselves had a hand in it. From the eerie elegance of the wallpaper to the spooky charm of every door, it might just be better than riding your doom buggy through the original attraction—dare I say it!Every room is a themed masterpiece. One moment you’re gazing out at a graveyard from the Gracy Room, the next you’re having a chat with Madam Leota herself. Want to play a hauntingly good game of Uno in the stretching room? Absolutely. Blink and you'll miss something new—there’s ghostly goodness around every corner.As a die-hard Disneyland fan, I honestly found myself wanting to stay in the house more than venture into the park (and that’s saying something). It’s cozy, creepy, and ridiculously fun. Oh—and before you float out the door for your next adventure, take a peek in the mirror by the entrance. Let’s just say... you won’t be alone.

SPECTACULAR! An absolute must for HM fans

The pictures, videos …all of it…they just don’t begin to give justice to how mind blowing of an experience this host has created. It is literally like spending the night in the actual Haunted Mansion. Too many details to describe (plus, I would not want to give away any spoilers). The communication was good, the location is in a safe/clean neighborhood. Spotless & VERY well appointed. Beds are Ritz level (& I know what I’m talking about). Might not be suitable for most younger kids as the FX experiences are quite realistic & the place has a LOT of delicate & likely expensive details that require children to be under constant supervision. Having said that, our two 6 year old grandchildren who love all things Halloween, and the Haunted Mansion loved it. We only stayed for one night, but we will be returning soon to bring some adult friends for a longer visit. This place is just too cool not to share. PS: if you go, make sure to read the guest book. Some of the reviews are hilarious.
