Spacious Family Retreat w/ Private Pool & Hot Tub – Near Disneyland

Welcome to your Disney-area home base! This bright, family-friendly house sleeps up to 10 guests and features a private backyard with swimming pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the parks. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you’re just a short drive from Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and plenty of restaurants and shops.


Our single-family home is designed for families and small groups who want space, comfort, and an easy drive to Disneyland without the noise of the tourist zones. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (including a king bed in the primary bedroom), fast Wi-Fi, and a private backyard oasis with pool and hot tub.

This is a true home-away-from-home, not an apartment or shared space. You’ll have the entire property to yourselves during your stay.

The home sleeps up to 10 registered guests:

- Primary bedroom: king bed
- Additional bedrooms: mix of queen and twin beds (please see photos for exact layout)
- Quality linens and pillows provided for all beds

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children and infants, per city regulations and our house rules.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials to make your stay easy:

- Full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave
- Coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and basic cooking essentials
- Plates, cups, utensils for the whole group
- Dining area for shared meals together

Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading to Disneyland or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home, you’ll have what you need.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis:

- Swimming pool and hot tub (spa)
- Lounge seating to relax and enjoy the California sunshine
- Fully fenced yard for added privacy

Pool and hot tub are for registered guests only and used at your own risk. No glass in the pool/spa area. Children must be supervised by adults at all times when near the water. Pool/spa heating is available for an additional fee—please message us in advance if you’re interested so we can confirm pricing and schedule.

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Placentia, just a short drive to:

- Disneyland Resort
- Anaheim Convention Center
- Local restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores
- Nearby freeways for easy access to beaches and other Southern California attractions

We love this area because it’s peaceful at night but still very convenient for visiting the parks and exploring Orange County.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our home and neighbors:

- Maximum 10 registered guests on the property at any time
- No parties or events; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Registered guests only; no unapproved visitors or additional overnight guests
- No smoking or vaping inside the house or in the pool/spa area
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially near the pool and hot tub

Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay.

This is a professionally cleaned, owner-managed home. We provide clean linens and towels, basic starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc.), and clear communication before and during your stay.
