Gerne möchten wir unseren 100 Jahre alten, komplett renovierten Craftsman Bungalow in der Altstadt von Anaheim mit Ihnen teilen. All der Komfort und Luxus von 2018 mit dem Charme des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts. Alles ist brandneu! Eingebettet in den Colony District von Anaheim und 1,6 km von Disneyland entfernt, ist dieses Haus der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Kalifornien. Von der charmanten Veranda über luxuriöse Betten bis hin zur voll ausgestatteten Küche werden Sie sich sofort in dieses entzückende Zuhause verlieben. Die Broadway Street ist gesäumt von wunderschön restaurierten historischen Häusern. In diesem Teil der Stadt finden verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt, darunter der Tinkerbell-Halbmarathon und die Anaheim-Halloween-Parade. Dein Abenteuer beginnt hier.
Kommen Sie und genießen Sie dieses geräumige Haus anstelle eines beengten Hotelzimmers. Dieses Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2. 5 Bäder. Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem California King, Gästeschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und ein Kinderzimmer mit einem dreifachen Etagenbett, darunter 2 Einzelbetten, ein Doppelbett und ein Kleinkinderbett. Es gibt auch ein Pack-n-Play, Queen-Luftmatratze und Fußmatten für zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Smart-TV (insgesamt 5). Das komfortable Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Kamin aus dem frühen Jahrhundert, eine Schlafcouch, eine Chaiselongue sowie einen Smart-TV und einen DVD-Player. Das Haus umfasst auch kostenfreies WLAN.

Die neu eingerichtete Küche verfügt über einen 36-Zoll-Gourmet-Herd, einen Kühlschrank, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen Crockpot und einen Reiskocher. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem Geschirr und Notwendigen! Es gibt auch einen Speisesaal für bis zu 10 Personen. Ein Hochstuhl und Sitzerhöhungen sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Hier hört es nicht auf. Der parkähnliche Garten ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in Disneyland. Es gibt einen Terrassentisch, einen Kindertisch, einen Grill, ein Spielset, eine Rasenfläche und einen Schattenbaum, um den Abend zu genießen.
Die angrenzende Garage wurde als Non-Stop-Spielzimmer eingerichtet und umfasst Tischtennis, Pokertisch, Smart-TV, Kinderspiele, Kunststaffelei, Roller, Strandspielzeug, Handtücher und Boogie-Boards. Wir bieten auch Parkplätze für bis zu 4 Autos hinter einem automatischen Tor für zusätzliche Sicherheit. Es gibt auch 4 Kinderwagen für Ihren Gebrauch während Ihres Urlaubs.

Wir erlauben keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen bei uns. Wir bitten Sie, unseren Nachbarn gegenüber respektvoll zu sein. Die Ruhezeit ist zwischen 22 Uhr und 9 Uhr und wird strengstens eingehalten. Jede Partei wird geschlossen und sofort geräumt, und die Kaution und die Mieten verfallen. Bitte helfen Sie uns, die Nachbarschaft friedlich zu halten.

The perfect place

Property was beautiful. 5 minutes away from Disney. My 5 year old grandson loved the bunk beds. The house is decorated tastefully, not the usual hand me downs you find at some rentals.

Great Lodging for Disneyland & LA

We had a great stay here while visiting Disneyland and LA. The historic house is in great condition, has wonderful amenities/appliances, and was the perfect place to rest up following very long days in the park/city. The street noise (cars) is real, but something you are able to tune out after day 1.

I would highly recommend staying at this property. I loved the cozy charm of the house. My only complaint would be the thermostat. We could not figure out how to adjust the temperature. It was locked at 60 degrees and it was very chilly.

So cozy!

Our family of 6 stayed for a week. Our kids 2yrs thru 8yrs old had a blast. The large fenced in yard with the swingset was great for them to run around and play after being cramped up in the car! The owners were easy to communicate with via email or text. Definitely a home away from home.

Quick Trip

We had a quick trip to Disneyland and this place was perfect. It was one exit away, less then 10 minutes during morning traffic. It had a play ground area in the back and my son loved it. The rooms were set up great and the kitchen is huge. We will be back on our next trip to the house of mouse.

Disney Delight!

Really cute house! Well stocked with kitchen tools. Very clean. Comfortable layout for my family! Off street parking was wonderful, with a remote controled gate so your car is secure! Very close to Disneyland. We just used Lyft for trips back and forth to Disneyland. With tip $8 to $12.00 one way.

Nice Humble Bungalow

The place was really lovely. Clean beds and Disney sparks of design nods. People complained in some reviews about the car noise outside, but it ( to my family of 6 in total ) wasn't a big deal at all. It's just ambiance IMO. The only thing my family would have liked was better water pressure on the showers. The pressure was pretty low, so washing and shampooing and such was a longer process. Maybe new shower heads that amp the pressure? While minor, we would have loved caffeine-free tea options. There was a can of mint tea- only to be filled with black tea. So- constant stock of Caffeine free, like chamomile would be nice. All in all really nice and cozy and was a quick 10 min trip to Disneyland. Thank you for having us!

Great for our Needs

This was the perfect location and size for us. We were two families, each with two young kids between 3-8 years old, looking for a house close to Disneyland. The house's location was perfect as it's about a 5 minute drive to Disneyland and a quick drive to Target/grocery stores as well. All four kids stayed in the kids' room and they loved it. We also appreciated having the big yard and play structure where the kids could safely run around while the parents relaxed after a long day at Disneyland. We just have two recommendations/things to note: 1) the bedroom facing the main street (W. Broadway) is extremely loud due to traffic noise (loud cars zooming by all throughout the night), so it was very hard for us to stay asleep. Understandably, this is not the house/owner's fault as it's to be expected when located next to a main street, but maybe at some point, dual pane windows could help buffer the traffic noise; 2) there was limited flatware and dishware for a group of 8, so we had to make sure we did a load of dishes every night otherwise, we were left with no plates or utensils to use in the morning for breakfast. Aside from these two points, we really enjoyed our stay at this house and will likely recommend it to friends who are looking to make a trip to Anaheim/Disneyland in the near future!

We loved our stay at this home—everything about it made our Disneyland getaway effortless and fun. The house sits in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just minutes from the parks, so we were able to pop back for a midday break. Communication with the host was stellar from booking through checkout; every question was answered promptly.Inside, the layout was perfect with the master on one side and the two smaller bedrooms on the other. The kitchen was spotless and stocked with brand-new appliances (and the complimentary Keurig pods were a thoughtful extra for early park mornings!). The backyard was spacious and beautiful. We utilized the grill and enjoyed the outdoor seating. In addition, we parked both cars with ease in the gated driveway—no street-parking worries at all.Clean, comfortable, and clearly designed with guests in mind, this property checked every box for us. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free home base near Disneyland!

This was a FANTASTIC find!!!! We throughly loved staying in this home for our Disney trip and all 4 adults spoke of how this would be a great home to live in. The split floor plan of bedrooms, the spaciousness of the home, the private gated backyard to allow our granddaughter to play and us enjoy meals outside, the easy in and out of the property, the location, and so much more. In fact, my husband and I slept SO GOOD that we took a photo of the mattress so we could hopefully purchase the same one. We HIGHLY recommend this place and desire to come back again and again.
