Newly listed, newly renovated, this bright and charming home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood only 1/2 mile to the shops and restaurants in Edgartown. It is 1 1/2 miles down the bike path to South Beach, It is also 3/4 mile to The Edgartown Great Pond, and the iconic Morning Glory Farm. This home is ideally located.

The private setting is surpassed by the charming ambiance of the interior of the home itself. It has a large bright living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, a modern bright, sunny, well stocked kitchen.

It has a first floor king bedroom and full bath. On the second floor it has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor, as well. An additional bedroom is located on the third floor with four twin beds. There is also a family room with flat screen TV and half bath on the third floor. There is an outside shower.

Through the doors of the living room is the spacious, sunny deck providing room and furnishings for grilling and dining,

The detached shed provides two bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and more … for your enjoyment.

Perfect in every way

This was a perfect week for our 2 families! The house is cozy and stocked with anything you need. The location is so convenient and the neighborhood is so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Close to everything

The houses location was great. Easy to pop into Edgartown, or a quick drive up to OB. We had an amazing week in MV with our two kids and another family of 4.

Our Yearly Family Visit

We stayed at the VRBO in the middle of July. It was a well planned visit that included a good location, plenty of room, no pool, and in Katama close to the beach. We were thrilled that this house had it all.

Katama/South Beach

Really enjoyed our stay. Great access to the bike trails to/from both South Beach and downtown. Ample space in all of the bedrooms; and the 3rd floor bedroom was an excellent set-up for the 4 kids. We generally ate outside on the huge front deck - would have been better to have a few more chairs/pads out there. We definitely will be back.

Perfect Vacation Home in Edgartown

We loved our stay at your house! It was the perfect location - close enough to town but far enough away that it felt like you weren’t in the thick of the crowds. The house was very well kept, fully stocked and very comfortable. One minor issue we had was that the oven took a super long time to heat up, and the soap pod in the dishwasher didn’t release, even when we ran it twice. Other than that, we loved everything about the house. Leigh was also incredibly helpful and responsive every time we had a request or an issue. We hope we can come back very soon!

good and bad

The big problem was the internet and cable were not working till Tuesday noon. Half the stay.That should have been detected and fixed in advance. I found the furniture in the TV room uncomfortable, Thin cushions. Kids (adult children) said the mattresses were uncomfortable, but I didn't have that problem.We couldn't all sit at one table. And there is a house 15 feet behind this one that if occupied (it wasn't) would have been uncomfortable. Location was good, house was physically nice. These are mostly easy fixes I'd say.

The internet was a big problem. When the problem was detected, Comcast couldn’t come for 3 days. We are so sorry! New furniture has been ordered for the LR. With manufacturers delays it didn’t, unfortunately, arrive in time for your stay. I’m sorry you didn’t ask about the DR table, which expands to seat 10. There are 4 cushioned, comfortable fold out chairs in the basement. We’ve taken your observations to heart and hope to rectify for future renters.

Charming home!

My family and I recently stayed at Leigh’s beautiful home. It is located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood, and it is a short bike ride away from Morning Glory Farm—a must!—Katama General Store, South Beach, and Edgartown. The home is appointed with charming antiques but has every modern necessity. The storage bin has everything you need for fun! Bikes, a pickle ball set, tennis balls, beach chairs, etc! Leigh is a wonderful host—very communicative and kind. I HIGHLY recommend this home!
