Beautiful and spacious, this 4 bedroom/3 bath up-lake-view home sleeps 12 and is ideal for any family’s vacation. The floor plan is perfect for families as it features a large great room in the heart of the home with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows providing a spectacular view up the lake, back dropped by the majestic Cascade Mountains.

The kitchen and dining areas provide for easy entertaining, fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, plenty of dishes, any other cooking instruments you might need, an island with barstools, and a large extendable dining table with seating for 12. The large Trex back deck overlooking the lake has a motorized retractable awnings, stereo speakers, a patio table, chaise lounges, outdoor furniture, giant Jenga and a large Weber BBQ making it a great place for entertaining, relaxing, sunbathing, and eating.

Each of the four bedrooms is roomy, well appointed and has ample storage and closet space. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and bath that features two separate sink areas, a shower and a relaxing jetted Jacuzzi tub. Plenty of large bath towels, beach towels and linens are provided. All bedrooms have LCD TVs and DVDs and the great room features a gas fireplace in river rock stone, a wet bar and an LCD TV with home theater system, BluRay player and MP3 connection for your pleasurable enjoyment. For those that must bring work along, there are a number of desks in the house for your convenience.

Other amenities include high-speed wireless internet available throughout the house, central air conditioning, an additional refrigerator, four bicycles of all sizes, parking for four vehicles, front-load washer and dryer, and numerous boat docks and mooring buoys on the resort property (on a first-come basis).

The house is conveniently located in the private residential area of the Wapato Point Resort. Across the street from the house is a pool and large grassy field great for sports and games. All of the amenities of Wapato Point are nearby and available for your use. The 100 acres of the resort include beautiful groomed grounds, docks and beaches, lighted tennis courts, a putt-putt golf course, walking trails, and a clubhouse which features an indoor pool and equipped workout room. The beach kiosk rents paddle boats, kayaks, jet skis and other outdoor equipment. There are daily activities for the kids.

The Lake Chelan area is less than 4 hours from Seattle and offers year round activities. Beside all sorts of lake activities there are over 20 local wineries close by along with excellent restaurants, several challenging golf courses, fishing and the Slidewaters water park. Lake Chelan is the third deepest lake in the United States and extends 55 miles up into the Cascade mountain range. The trip to the head of the lake, Stehekin, is accessible by the daily ferry boat or seaplane and is a must-see attraction due to its majestic sites and un-touched nature.
