Soaring ceilings and large windows at every turn bring in the beautiful surroundings of this ocean view home in Sea Ranch. With the magnificent, oceanfront Bluff Trail across the road and Stengel Beach within a short walk, this home is both a serene and memorable escape on the Northern California Coast.
Enter by way of a garden courtyard, an enclosed space where you read and sip your coffee in the mornings, grill in the afternoons, and find sun and shelter if the bluff-top winds pick up. The interior has a split-level floor plan, with the bedrooms on the wings to the left and right and the main living area straight ahead. Admire classic Sea Ranch style in the walls of natural wood, the inviting stone fireplace, and plentiful windows that frame the ocean, the meadow, and the wildlife that frequent both.
Down a few steps from the living room are the ocean view dining room, the kitchen, and the wood-burning stove that sits between them. The kitchen is outfitted with ceramic dinnerware, natural wood cabinetry, and sleek stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher.
At night, you can watch incredible sunsets, gather around the TV in the living room for a Netflix favorite, and retire to one of three bedrooms. There's an ocean view primary suite, a guest suite, and third bedroom with access to the adjacent hallway bathroom. Additional amenities include central air conditioning and free WiFi for your convenience.
