This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is just 3 miles from downtown Waterfront Park for dining and shopping. You can easily enjoy all that historic Beaufort has to offer. Guests will enjoy a large living room sectional, new bedroom furniture in every room. Roomy kitchen and and dinning for family meals with all the cookware you would need. All premium down-alternative bedding and a large jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. Smart TV's in every bedroom offer free Netflix and Wi-Fi. Mimi's House in Beaufort, SC

A fantastic house at a great price! Very close to the center of Beaufort, the marina and a plethora of restaurants and shops. I have no doubt we will stay there again. Mimi was a joy to work with. WE highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Beaufort and the low country.

Room for the whole family

We had a wonderful time visiting Beaufort, S.C. and this house was an excellent choice for us! The house was exactly as pictured on the internet. The Host Mimi was easy to contact and she was very happy to answer all of our questions. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and has room for the whole family! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Quiet luxury

We had an excellent experience at this spacious and well stocked house. The location for our son’s boot camp graduation was a little farther than stated as this area is like an archipelago but left no regrets as a quiet retiring neighborhood with the sound of ducks and geese as our natural ambiance. We highly highly recommend it.

Beautiful home in comfortable neighborhood

We rented the home during Marines graduation days at Parris Island. The home was very comfortable and more spacious than we had anticipated. The first floor master, fresh remodel, and cold AC made our stay very comfortable after long days at the base. The communication with Mimi was very easy and I would highly recommend this home for any future travel.

Perfect for MCRD/Family Day/Graduation

The rental is 25 minutes from Parris Island and was perfect for our family of seven. The sofa in the living room could comfortably contain all of us - it is enormous. All of the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. It is the perfect rental for Family Day/Parris MCRD Graduation. Publix is 4.3 miles away, along with other shopping opportunities. Definitely 100% better than any hotel!

Great home with plenty of room for my family visiting for my retirement. Description and photos of the home are accurate. Nice to have luggage stands and plenty of space in rooms for laying out clothes and feeling like you didn’t have to live out of the suitcase. House was clean and well cared for with plenty of dishes, etc for all. Some extra towels would have been nice, but we just washed them. Highly recommended!

Best Trip!

To say this trip couldn't have been better would be a gross understatement. Everything, from booking, pre-arrival, our stay, and departure was flawless and perfect. Communicating with Mimi was prompt and effective, and she had identified and corrected a minir issue with the thermostats before we even noticed there was any issue. If you are looking at reviews and wondering if this is the place for your family, it is... stop reading and book now. We enjoyed the visit enough that we are looking for another reason to return. Even the neighbors make you feel like you have been part of their lovely community for years. Highly recommended and so very thankful for the experience!..

Great House in a Convenient Location

We had a large mixed group of 4 adults and 5 children. This house was very comfortable for a large group. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen easily accomodated all of us, and the living area was comfortable. And the entire space was clean and well stocked. Mimi was one of the best hosts I have ever had, and was very communicative and easy to work with. She went above and beyond - even advising us of an issue with a swing bridge which could affect our plans. We loved the ducks and the fact the Mimi provided food for the ducks made us all really happy to feed and interact with the ducks and geese. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely weekend stay

We stayed here with a small mix of family and friends for my husbands Drill Instructor school graduation. It fit everyone nicely with no issues about space or sleeping arrangements. The kids had a blast running around the yard and we felt safe letting them do so without an adult watching their every move. The ducks were a big hit with the kids too. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be using this property in the future too. Mimi was quick to answer us back on check in and promptly provided an extra crib sheet when needed. The rest of our stay was smooth sailing but I have confidence she would have taken care of things quickly if needed. The home was clean and had all dishes necessary. Thank you Mimi!

LIKE VISITING AN OLD FRIEND

What a wonderful experience! Such thoughtful touches (motion night lights in hallways, enough coffee for the next morning to relax with, subtle tasteful decorating, humorous notes, solid, QUIET stairs, comfortable seating everywhere, etc.) make this house feel like a home. Our trip was perfect thanks to Mimi. What a lovely home. A peaceful setting, friendly neighbors, quality throughout. Cooking was a pleasure, and the large, sturdy rockers on the porch, to enjoy the daily deer "show" was such a welcome respite to our busy schedule. The heavy dining room table is just right for family meals, nightly board games or just relaxing around. Each room is inviting, comfortable and feels like a home away from home. The woods and water are so calming. We would LOVE to visit here again...soon :)

Perfect place for a large family going to USMC graduation

The house was wonderfully decorated, location was great to base and anything else needed for our stay. There is an ice machine right up the street that we found perfect for filling our cooler for family day and graduation day. I would rate this house as a 5 star. Only complaint and it wasn’t even really a complaint, the TVs didn’t work after day one. Not sure why but we couldn’t figure it out and we’re too tired to try. There was only small roles of toilet paper left in each bathroom so we bought our own. The ease of the keyless entry was perfect. We would definitely recommend this to any of our friends or family and if ever in the area again would consider renting from Mimi again!
