Decorated with taste and refinement, it offers 380m2 of living space on two levels.
Housing
You will have a living room-library, a bathroom. dining room facing south, an open kitchen, opening onto a patio with its old bread oven. The private part offers 6 bedrooms with single or double beds, and very comfortable bedding. A mezzanine with two single beds 90x200. Three spacious bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, and a laundry room complete the package. More than 100 m2 of terraces surround the different buildings.
A large swimming pool of 6 x 12 m, with salt filtration and alarms, a dressing room, shower and separate toilet. A covered rest area and a 16 m2 games room for your children. A private tennis court completes the package. The first golf course is 10 km away.
