Welcome to Sun Ray’s! This fantastic house is extremely well appointed, thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything you could need for a great family visit to Crystal Beach. Large open living space with plenty of seating fo the whole group, 70” TV for movie night or football. The cook will appreciate the large kitchen and breakfast bar with seating. Also included - WiFi, smart tv’s in all rooms, poker table and games, cargo lift, fully fenced yard, great outdoor space, a view of the gulf and quick access to the beach. Make your plans to book this great house for your family and holiday gatherings.

Fantastic stay, but I would have rented a different property had I realized ahead of time that it was rented through Cobb. Having to fill out additional paperwork and contracts and print, scan, and email them back after already signing contracts such online while booking with vrbo was a frustration! Having to check in and out at a different location instead of keyless entry/check in at the home was also a bit of an inconvenience. I chose to book through vrbo to avoid all of that. If I wanted to rent through Cobb, I would have rented directly through their website. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Home was as advertised and was very clean. Great location.

Family Trip

While we were there the electricity got knocked out so we we’re without power for a couple days. We were there in December so it was cold but we were constantly being checked on. The ladies were very helpful throughout our stay. It’s very close to the beach which the grandkids loved.

Family vacation

So close to the beach. Didnt hear outside noise. Our only problem was the microwave didnt work . We used the tioaster oven. There were ample appliances and kitchen utensils. Lots of comments from the family on how nice the house was. Did we leave the house in good condition? Ive never rented like this before.

It had plenty of room for our extended family. The two bunk rooms were awesome for all the kids. Would definitely book it again. But, few things that need to be fixed: Second fridge in laundry room didn’t work. The Dyson needs a new battery only lasted like 30 seconds a charge. The door shelves in the kitchen fridge. The cardboard was a nice touch, lol.

The toys and games were a great addition too! Everything was clean and in great condition. We loved being able to close the gates at night. My only complaints are that the flood lights from the garage were extremely bright and shine intothe master bedroom and I had a very difficult time sleeping. We were unable to turn them off since garage was locked. Maybe install curtains or adjust downstairs lighting . Also, my family did not appreciate having to put sheets on the beds and taking them off. We would have rather paid extra to have to not worry about that.

The home offers all we needed and more! The pictures and listed amenities are out of date as the home offers way more amenities and plenty of outdoor furniture! There are ceiling fans in every room and an extra fan in every room! The kitchen has all the gadgets needed for a a large family to gather! We really enjoyed our stay!
