At the Villas of Kamali’i 20, you get it all - a convenient, split-level floor plan, gorgeous finishes, and incredible mountain views. Along with being gated, the exclusive condo community has a heated pool, hot tub, and barbecue area to hang out with your fellow guests. Get your shopping on at the Princeville shopping center, just down the road. Golfers in your group will love the Makai Golf Course, just a short walk away. When you’re ready for sand and sun, head to the world-famous Hanalei Bay beach. If you’re looking for an adrenaline high, Anini Beach is also only a short drive away and is well-known for its snorkeling and windsurfing.

With over 1,800 square feet of space and two main suites, the condo is ideal for two families or two couples traveling together. Open and airy with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, the living room offers a comfy couch, a plush armchair, and a TV. Behind it, you can gather for meals around the dining table. Start and end your day on the pretty lanai off the living room, sipping on coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Enjoy mountain views all around and when it rains, you can see waterfalls in the distance. Cooking isn’t as much of a chore in the fully-equipped kitchen, thanks to an electric grill, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. You even get mountain views from the large window over the sink.

In the lower level main suite, a homey bed invites you to sleep like a baby and the private lanai provides privacy, peace, and an incredible look at the mountains, plus an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The upper-level main suite also has its own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Bluetooth stereos and smart TVs offer the latest in entertainment, and our electronic charging stations mean your group will never have to fight over outlets. Other amenities include a washer and dryer in the condo, free WiFi, and a starter kit of paper and cleaning products.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
