Das Pali Ke Kua # 12 ist eine Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern in einer parkähnlichen Umgebung auf dem tropischen Gelände des Pali Ke Kua-Komplexes in der angesehenen Wohngemeinschaft Princeville.

Öffnen Sie die Glasschiebetüren im Wohnbereich, um Ihren Wohnraum um eine überdachte Veranda und einen großen, gepflegten Rasen zu erweitern. Genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht auf die angelegten Gärten und die grünen Berge.

In der modernisierten, voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und Granit ist das Kochen ein Kinderspiel, und Sie müssen nicht Ihre eigene Waschmaschine und Ihren eigenen Trockner in der Einheit umpacken.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das geräumige zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über 3 Betten (1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten) und ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer.

Besucher werden den Pali Ke Kua Komplex mit seinem hauseigenen Pool, Whirlpool, Restaurant und kostenlosen Parkplätzen zu schätzen wissen. Der auf einer Klippe gelegene Komplex bietet seinen Gästen einen spektakulären Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und einen privaten Weg zum abgeschiedenen Hideaways Beach.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in günstiger Lage in der Princeville Community. Speisen und einkaufen im Princeville Resort (ehemals St. Regis), Golfen Sie auf dem Makai Golf Course direkt am Meer und hören Sie Live-Musik in der Happy Talk Lounge, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Nehmen Sie den Wander- / Jog-Pfad zum etwa 3,2 km entfernten Princeville Center oder fahren Sie eine kurze, 10-minütige Fahrt in die weltberühmte Stadt Hanalei.

The condo is great, lots of ustensiles in the kitchen and beach gear. The decoration is nice. We liked the large window and the view over the green space. We didn’t use the pool. The pool could have been nicer.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay. Very convenient location to Hideaway beach. Close walk to Pizza pub as well. Very clean, well stocked with cooking accessories, and very comfortable beds. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. If you have more than 4 the living room furniture might not accommodate comfortable seating but not a factor in my situation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon at this villa, which had everything we needed to have a wonderful day. The place was spotless when we moved in the kitchen was stocked with all essential cooking items and more, and the place was always quiet and felt private. The beach access is a steep walk down but a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Location was excellent, as we walked to Hotel 1 Beach, and were just a short drive to Hanalei Bay. Everything worked as expected and the place truly felt like a vacation home. We enjoyed putting on old DVD’s and read some of the books from the shelf. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Princeville.

Walking distance to beach.. if you can handle a very challenging path. Beautiful landscaped garden view. Lovely sunsets. Comfy beds. Bedrooms are cool with AC, living room and kitchen get pretty warm in July.

Amazing stay in Princeville!

What a gorgeous property and amazing location to stay in Kauai. Condo was fully stocked with everything one could need, including beach equipment for families, especially the kiddos! Couldn’t have been happier to have a beach very close by that we could walk to! The grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop etc. Everything you need in striking distance, especially if you have young kiddos! Truly enjoyed our stay!

Nice place!

Princeville Stay

A clean and centrally located condo in Princeville. We enjoyed staying here! Vents in the bathroom and the ability to wash off outside are the only things I would have appreciated having. Other than that, we would stay again!
