We love the location of this condo

The bed was comfortable. The sectional and huge tv in the living room was great too!!! We stayed at the pool a lot. One pool is heated!! Loved that! We saw the maintenance man often. He was keeping everything clean and maintained.

Not our first choice

At the last minute, we were moved from a large beach house to a smaller condominium that had the four bedrooms we required. Unfortunately, the facility did not live up to our expectations. May of the appliances did not work (including the stove for which were we unable to cook our turkey for Thanksgiving) and batteries missing in television remotes and remotes for ceiling light fixtures. The worse thing we ran into was the electrical socket in bunk room in 201-A was exposed due to broken face plate (very dangerous for a kids room). We ended up moving a piece of furniture in front of it so none of the children touched it. The mattresses in every room we uncomfortable and thin blankets were used on every bed instead of actual bed spreads. The only positive of our experience was the Vacasa staff were extremely friendly, the gate code/lock box info was given very promptly, and they continually communicated with me throughout my stay by email or text message. I would recommend Vacasa for their customer service, but not the home we were unfortunately moved to at the last minute

The two condos helped our group of ten spread out. View is of course great from Condo A. Ice maker raps up at night to deliver an overfull ice container ready for water bottles. front living room sofa very comfy for a large group.. Also great to have 2 washer/dryers to utilize.

BeachClub 201 A and B

Dauphin island is a slow paced beach oasis. Since it’s not commercialized it was beneficial that both condos had an eat in kitchen. We could cook meals and enjoy each others company yet everyone had their own space as well. We were there 10 days and throughly enjoyed both pools and the beach. The condos were both clean and stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The washer and dryer were great to have on both units.

Great stay, but has some pluses and minuses

Pluses: The layout was absolutely perfect for our crew. The pool and beach were fabulous. Crew around the property were friendly. Large TV that was perfect for watching the football games in the evening. Minuses: The condo is older and maintenance seems to be a little behind. Almost all the lights were blown in the kitchen and several others throughout the condo. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Very few washcloths in the condo. There were small gnats in the bathrooms. Overall, it was great for a lazy weekend with the family.

Very nice place

The condo is the perfect place for two separate families with children. The main suite has a master bedroom and a bunk room and the back section has a queen bedroom and a bunk room. The fans in the bunk rooms were perfect as sound machines to put little ones to sleep. I wish I had gotten the brand so I could purchase some for my home. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Condo on the beach

Great location on the beach and near shops and take out food. Loved riding bikes on the path that goes right next to the condo. Not busy at all, very relaxing, great to have 2 pools in complex so it’s not crowded. Definitely get groceries and plan to cook at home. Kitchen is fully stocked.

Wonderful relaxing getaway!

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed, including a beautiful view everyday. The beach is right there to relax and enjoy. Hands down the best vacation I’ve ever been on.
